Hi everyone, Unfortunately, I have to revise my statement after using the headset for three days. Although the left fan was silent when I first connected it, I now heard a humming noise from the left fan when I turned it on. To be honest, I am extremely disappointed that such an expensive headset obviously has a manufacturing defect. You may wonder how I came to this conclusion. Well, I did some research and came across several discussions that address this very issue. Many users with this problem do not report it or keep the headset despite the issue. What is surprising is that mainly the left fan seems to be affected by this problem. The problem seems to be due to insufficient tolerances in the cover and the fans, meaning that even the slightest change in pressure on the housing, temperature, or fan speed can cause this noise, as the fan blades then rub against the edge of the housing. During my research, I found a video that describes this exact problem at 12:44 and also demonstrates the noise. The video also shows how you could fix the problem yourself if you feel confident doing so. However, for 1700 euros or dollars, this is something you shouldn't have to do. I am now certain that I had three completely different headsets and all of them, without exception, had and still have the same problem with the left fan. If I didn't have to drive 40 kilometers (there and back) every time to drop off the packages at the only UPS parcel station in my area, all this effort wouldn't be quite so bad. Unfortunately, there's also the very laborious and time-consuming testing involved in explaining as precisely as possible what isn't working and why it's probably not working. I really like this headset and think it's great, if it weren't for this suspected serial problem. It's probably less than 0.5 millimeters that's causing all these problems. And I would bet that after a few months, many users will still be experiencing this problem.

Did you try ripple fire Hellfire? If Pantitier and Thor can block ripple fire, this is an error. Asset packs aren't just about good 3D models. Incorrect modeling can be detrimental to gameplay.

Hello everyone, I think there's a bug with the Mk-82 bombs. For example, I drop 12 bombs, 120 feet apart in level flight at an altitude of about 1,000 feet. The bombs then fall and hit more or less the same spot. So I think something's wrong there. I see this phenomenon with CCRP and CCIP. It also doesn't matter whether I drop the bombs with the F-16 or FA-18C. The effect is always the same. That means there's no real ripple effect like I'm used to. if "command guidance" should inner ring chirping RWR. (NOT BEEP BEEP) It should be different from the tone sound of the existing old dcs If there is no Pantistier firing RWR, the SA-10 will also have to be changed. RWR is very detailed in other F-16 sims, pls looking into DCS dont

That was the first thing I checked: Anderson AFB frequency is 250.1 which is what the mission set for Comm 1. The most recent version of the mission is from this month, I believe.

Sorry for this but with all due respect, SSD or M2 drives 2TB-4TB, are the cheapest component for a computer. Buy a 4TB drive and enjoy all liveries at will.

Did you manage rebar at the driver level or bios level for turning on and off. If at the driver level what did you use, NVPI?

Well, in that sense you already have it. IIRC the DCE will be released for SP first, and that makes a lot of sense, as the tracks will provide for the bug tracking will be easier to debug. Maybe we'll see a very rudimentary version "soon", while I don't see how they can release anything until AI shenanigans are sorted out and the svar function works as a save function.

Thanks so much for the kind words. So far I did not experience an engine blow up that I didn’t cause myself, but currently I don't have much time to fly. The ai voice swallows the "when" a little bit, yeah. When I adapt this to the Hellcat, I will try to find a human willing to do the voice overs.

Big thanks to everyone working on this. I have the MCDU and PFP 7, so could do some testing time permitting. I mostly fly DCS in VR, but have been straying to the dark side of FS2024 lately out of curiosity and for professional reasons. With regards to using the panels with VR, I haven't done this yet, but it looks like you can create a mask using Open Kneeboard (OKB) and toggle a passthrough window to use the panel when needed. To take it further, you could create a horizontal rectangle showing your keyboard and any other peripherals like a Stream Deck or WW CDU. Press a HOTAS button whenever you need to input data or twist a knob. There are several YT videos of home pit builders using this technique for MR. EDIT: Found a video describing how to change fonts, if anyone feels the need.
