  2. I've changed CPU to a 9800X3D and this is still an issue. I have 64Gb 6000MT/s RAM, a 4080 (16Gb) and a gen 4 NVME Drive dedicated to DCS.
  3. If there is still ongoing litigation, they probably legally cannot discuss the subject.
  4. The detent doesn't work. Whether because it's not set up yet, or by design. If you go into the control bindings for the Corsair, there's a separate bindings for Water Injection On and Injection Off. These need to be assigned to either a keyboard button, or a button on your HOTAS (I programmed virtual buttons on my CH quadrant so I could bind it to throttle position).
  5. Is it from the following link? https://chucksguides.com/aircraft/dcs/ah-64d/
  6. Agana Field, Guam - Taxi Routeing South of the strip - A/C are directed back to the South parameter taxiway and the end of the takeoff queue. North of the strip - A/C are directed down the strip, into the takeoff queue, causing a bottleneck jam and usually stoppage. A similar routeing back to the North parameter taxiway and the end of the takeoff queue would solve the issue. Thanks for the great map. Bowie
  7. The new patch significantly improves stability, especially in the yaw axis. She's no longer fishtailing all over the sky, but rudder authority is still strong (as it should be considering it's a big honkin' rudder).

  10. Problem is solved. (Have a look at this topic in winwing) Icons were removed by DCS since the last update. Luckily I still had them in a backup and copied them to my actual installation.
  11. You're right, we don't. No evidence work hadn't resumed and no evidence it did either. And given RBs previous comms style of trying to steer the narrative then I'd be astounded if they had some work ready to ship and hadn't mentioned it.
  12. Yeah, it would be good to change the publisher name. In any case, it's a great map. If you want wide open spaces and big mountains, it's fantastic.
  13. When the gearhandle is selected to the down position, the red light in the handle should come on immidiately. In DCS It takes a few seconds before the light comes on after the handel is selected Down (this is not Correct). The handle light should come on immidiate and anytime the gearhandle is not in the same position that the gear itself is in. So: - When the landing gear is UP and locked AND the handle is NOT in the Up position...The Handle light should be ON. - When the landing gear is DOWN and locked AND the handle is NOT in the DOWN position...The Handle light should be ON. - When the landing gear is in an intermidiate position between down and locked and Up and locked, like during travel .The Handle light should be ON until the gear has reached the same position as the Gearhandel. Only the Gear down selection gives an incorrect (Late) Light activation in DCS. I have reported this a loooooong time ago, should be easy to fix i thought. Hope it will be fixed soon. Regards
  15. hello. check to see if there is an update to the external program. DCS cannot be responsible for something they did not create. there are lots of other users having issues over the years with simapp pro. check this post too.
  16. Well a hotfix was just announced. Hopefully they roll back this ridiculous approach and take some advice from @cfrag.
  17. Thanks for the answers !
  18. HARM only produces AOT's, so you can't. FLIR is also in a similar boat, but it does hve its own separate FLIR trackfiles that it can produce (up to 8). They don't contribute to MSI so you can't L&S those either but they can be correlated to MSI trackfiles.

Thanks to all ! I will keep your advices in mind.
  20. Well said! I absolutely agree. I know the intention of the original comment was to point out, it is a bit of advanced scripting, but the attitude of "if you don't have at least A certificate and 3 years experience in any major script language and already know lua, you won't understand" doesn't cut it. Every(!) DCS creator started learning the DCS scripting environment by reading the documentation, researching hoggit, looking at other scripts AND mostly, kindly asking this awesome community for help! And help was given, not snide comments. To make use of the new scripting features it is necessary to understand what they do, how they do it, and especially with the security implications, in a way that people don't fall back to the usual "just give every permission and it works". I've seen so many YouTube videos, posts and comments in scripts, that tell people to "just comment out the following lines" to de-sanitize the DCS lua environment and the script works fine... Some at least point out, that this means you should review ANY script in every Miz file and make sure it doesn't contain malicious actions on the io or lfs environments... but, like cfrag pointed out, my guess is the majority does not understand the implications and just did it, to "make it work".
  21. Did you fly a mission on the Caucasus first? Try to restart DCS, and then enter the same mission. If you still receive the same error save a track and post it here. If not. Fly a mission on the Caucasus, then the same mission on the PG map, and save a track. This was a common bug some years ago. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

  23. Yes, either the map team should come up with their own company name and be a single entity with both SA and Kola map under it, or the SA map should be transferred to ORBX to avoid confusion for the users. Maybe one of the issues is the assets that came with the SA map. Who knows if their part of the map, or Razbam. We see now that other Razmab assets might also be removed from DCS like the Tarawa and the KC-130. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  24. Sorry, i use an online translator Map Persian Gulf. Airport : Sharjah Intl Freq ; 250.200 But information of Novorossiysk (Map Caucase) Best regards Christian
  25. Yes it might get sold off and taken on as a going concern by someone else but it isn't an absolute given.
  26. Thats how business's act never mind people, they put their own interests above others. ED put their own interests above others Razbam put their own interests above others
  27. They'd be more reluctant to say that they are, indeed, adhering to the settlement. If they made such a claim it would, if it was false, be a potential liability and something for RAZBAM's lawyers to bite into. Note that Ron's ramblings, for all their skewedness, had not contained any statement of fact that wasn't true. ED had made a statement of fact here, and there's no reason to doubt it. In such situations, the IP typically gets sold off (see the other sim, minus the source leak). It'd likely go to some shady corporation only interested in continuing to get money from module sales while putting absolutely zero effort into maintenance other than keeping the license servers running. As long as no serious competition arises, sales will continue at some level, which, once the small cost of acquiring the IP at a bankrupcy auction is paid off, are basically free money.
