  3. Thank you everyone for all of your input. I greatly appreciate it! I couldn't figure it out for the life of me haha
  4. We typically write in the thread and callback when something got fixed
  5. I created a single user mission using the Normandy map. Flying the P51D with 3 AI aircraft in the flight. I created a rectangular trigger zone called Muzak and created a ONE-TIME “Radio Transmission” trigger that plays an .ogg file and assigned the frequency as AM 131 mhz. Player Radio C is set to 131 mhz. During takeoff I can hear aircraft 2, 3 and 4 announce they are “rolling” and other normal communications (like wheels up, etc.). I can issue commands to the flight like changing formation etc. and the flight responds as expected (“roger”, “affirmative”). However after playing the .ogg file by selecting radio channel C and changing back to channel A, I can no longer issue commands to the flight. The trigger plays the .ogg file as it should but once it is done and I switch back to the normal frequency (118.45) I can’t seem to communicate with the flight.anymore. I tried issuing commands like changing formation and return to base but the flight doesn’t follow the commands or respond in any way. Hopefully this explanation allows you to recreate the issue.
  6. You can download my Canadian ones and just reverse engineer the files you want. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3336149
  7. Just tried one of the generic hospital landing pads on the roof in the Huey. N 52°24'38.61" E 9°45'39.26" Some things I need to mention: 1. There is a fence around the roof that's quite high 2. After touchdown the helicopter seems to float above the roof top level. Seems the level where the helicopter comes to rest is the same height like the surrounding small wall, where the fence is mounted to. Thanks Jens
  8. The tone is so dramatic…
  9. В видео оглашены проблемы связанные с Су-33 и моделью ТАКР Адмирал Кузнецов. Думается, некоторые важные вещи можно относительно легко поправить, например конечный угол трамплина в 14 градусов.
  10. Thanks PD, that got it!
  11. Pure and simple. The real Yak-52 is capable of being flown at night. Can our one have cockpit lighting and external lights please.
  12. I'm still hopeful that we'll see some of them on the new maps. We'll see.
  13. Sorry, but... is this how the Chinese air force gets its training now?
  14. I finished this campaign yesterday, thumbs up !! Photo recon missions , railyard attacks at treetop level, flak interdiction, Gee bombing simulations and finally a night AI radar intercept where I managed to collide with the FW190 and limp home and land at Manston with the right stabilizer gone (a very shaky experience, the Mossie vibrated violently). Perfect for familiarization with the a/c and the procedures !

  16. Has a member of M3 3rd Party with claim a Zero module will be feasible.
  17. Subsistible? Not realistic, and there's a timeline and post on this forum to confirm it... if you joined in 2021, you haven't experienced any of WW2, and you didn't live through the whole soap opera Oleg threw at us with his lame promises of "His" product, which was going to be a standalone product, which had absolutely nothing to do with DCS World. We've seen teams come here selling the sun and the moon (about 6-7 "3rd Parties"), and I was in one that wanted to make a Rhino, and we ended up in a dog fight. You seem to be forgetting that Nick Grey flies an F6F in The Fighter Collection, and since 2020, with the release of the channel's map, there was talk of PTO and BoB. But when Marianas came out in 2021, it was also confirmed that there would be a WW2 map. Let's also remember that M3 claimed since 2015 that he was interested in making a map of Iwo Jima, but he never confirmed that he had a map team, because the project ended up in oblivion, but neither the PTO Assistance Pack nor the F4U (talked from 2016) were forgotten.
  18. Maybe in a year or two!
  19. Found it in the changelog notes. It's stands for the following. A = Air A+G = Air and Ground A+S = Air and sea
  20. Hi,I noticed that the ABRIS FUEL calculation on the NAV/FPL page (something seems wrong on this page) doesn't match what I input on the MENU/PLAN/EDIT/FUEL page(everything works and displays fine on this page) and also always display 0 when I played on a mutiplayer server,so I did some further testing. In single player mission, when I first joined the heli and powered up the ABRIS,the REM FUEL for the starting waypoint on NAV/FPL page is a fixed value (1410kg)which match what's automatically set on the MENU/PLAN/EDIT/FUEL page by mission editor, and the REM FUEL for other waypoints starts counting down as the time approaching what's the ETA set in mission editor. Everything works fine at this moment.(calculated by entered fuel consumption per hour (786kg/h in the pic below ) and ETA I guess? something like remaining fuel for other wayponts = starting waypoint fuel - hour fuel consumption * (current time - waypoint ETA) But if you edit the flight plan then re-active it,the REM FUEL on NAV/FPL page for the starting waypoint suddenly become a non fixed value,it doesn't match what's set on the MENU/PLAN/EDIT/FUEL page, and starts counting down like other REM FUEL waypoints. Sine fuel quantity calculation is all based on starting fuel quantity,so on NAV/FPL page it seems all messed up at this moment. Track for single player test:Ka50 ABRIS NAV FPL FUEL REM.trk In mutiplayer mission,it seems that most likely when u joined the missions, current in-game time have passed hours since the ETA set by ME,so the remaining fuel on ABRIS will most likely all reads 0kg when u are in mutiplayer mission. So if you want to make the calculation correct,u have to change the waypoint ETA,or edit fuel plan in some cases. But if you do that, and re-active an edited flight plan(actually just re-active the flight plan without edit is enough to cause this bug),the fuel quantity calculation on on NAV/FPL page will get messed up. In mutiplayer 4YA server before edit anything, noticed the correct and fixed 1410kg reading for the first waypoint,it doesn't counting down by time. After re-activing flight plan(without edit),noticed the starting waypont fuel jumps to 0kg Track for mutiplayer test:4YA_CAU_PVE_V2.138[02_JUN_SCT]-20250805-185017.trk Maybe the starting waypoint fuel quantity on NAV FPL page should still match what's set in MENU/PLAN/EDIT/FUEL page and got updated and fixed to the new value set by fuel plan after re-activing flight plan, instead of changing to a non-fixed value out of nowhere and start counting down? Not a big problem, but still hope for a fix.(I actually only noticed this during a long flight, and I was too boring in flight so decided to try this function out.) Thank you in advance.
  21. That’s not going to work… or you’d have to keep that pedal held down halfway the whole time. Maybe if DCS had separate right and left rudder axis? It would still be odd but doable.
  23. Has some "claims" with a 3rd Party (OnReTech), will be making a Balkans map.
  24. On the GPU, definitely pick the RTX5070Ti 16GB over the RTX5070 12GB, if you can afford it. The performance difference and longer-term usage with DCS is worth it, and especially if playing in Multiplayer (DCS there is a VRAM guzzler!), even at 1080P. Also, you never know if in the future you fancy another display monitor (1440P or 4K) or even VR, and then you'll be left with less capable material.... "buy nice or buy twice". On the RAM, I'll start by agreeing with our fellow forum members above - 64GB of RAM is still plentyful today, and should be for a number of years. However, if this is a brand new higher-end system then I'd strongly suggest a 96GB DDR5 kit (2x 48GB) with recommended speed/timings profile for your CPU and motherboard (either "AMD Expo" or "Intel XMP"). Personally, I'd recommend 96GB kits from GSKILL. Just make sure that either the manufacturer lists your motherboard in the RAM kit QVL list, or that the specific RAM kit is listed in your motherboard's QVL list. This is a guarantee that the specific RAM kit has been tested with the specific motherboard for stability. Lastly, about 128GB of RAM, either in 128GB DDR5 kit (2x 64GB) or in a "pair of 64GB DDR5 kit" (4x 32GB). It's generally aimed at the "prosumer" market, with more relaxed speeds and timings (=slower) on HEDT systems for professional applications/usage, not for gaming systems. It's problematic on most consumer motherboards and not recommended, as it's usually untested and unstable at the desired higher speeds/timings (i.e., get ready to "FAFO").
  25. I did say I thought it was a fine idea. Well sure, when I discovered DCS I didn’t know what it was so of course I’d have read that. That was the A-10C on Steam and I can’t recall how I knew about the manual.
  26. You know there are people on this forum that claims NVGs in DCS are already too good. [emoji4] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
