I bought FC2 that includes SU25T, so when i read that SU25T will fly in DCS World i was happy, but like spiderman, something in my head gave me an advice. You wont be able to fly SU25T if you don´t buy P51 Good maneuver to sell P51, because if not, P51 only will sell just a bit... Waiting for next DCS to aboard, while don´t come, welcome BMS Greetings

I posted this in another thread, but thought it might be better as its own.. Here's a thought.. When they release the patch for both A10 and the Ka, will they be small installers like the P51D? That way, those that have already purchased those titles can hopefully just use their previous keys, and then uninstall the 4.5ish Gb installs of both A10C and BS2, saving ALOT of HDD space (I have a back up install of both as well, near 20Gb for all combined). Makes sense really as DCS World only requires the flight model installed, not a whole new terrain because it is already in the DCS World install.. Maybe I missed something, but I haven't seen anything about this.

Sorry for writing that but you fix or mod is not a fix. You just ignored or unassigned the most detailed 3D file (P-51D.edm). :doh: Now viewing of 3D model starts with the SECOND best/detailed (lod1) model. This lod1 is NOT a real solution. :mad: Missing wheel texture is solution. Thanks DGambo :thumbup:

Что будет Горячими Скалами после запуска русской версии DCS World? (Как я понимаю, ГС2 в он-лайн DCS World уже не попадет никак) Планируется ли совместимости по сети ГС3 и DCS World? Нельзя ли сделать ГС3 в виде модуля, раз и навсегда объединив все серии в одно целое?

As mentioned above clear all Axis settings before doing anything else. A couple of pointers... If you run a combined map in the CH manager, you will see 1 CH device in DCS to assign Axis/Buttons to. If you keep the controllers separate, the order of the tabs in CH Manager (FS/PT/PP etc.) dictates the order in DCS. So if your FS is the first tab in CH Manager, then it will be CH device 1 in DCS settings. I always have to invert the Axis for toe brakes in DCS. So make sure your brakes are off when not depressed (Right Control + Enter in game will bring up a window showing your controller positions and current trim settings). Make sure you have your map loaded before launching DCS. I have had strange results when switching between games (RoF, IL2, DCS) and forgetting to load the correct map first.

Welcome to DCS! First you have to select the appropriate mode in the controls screen. I suggest you fly in sim mode, so select p-51 sim. After that you have to select the axis commands from the pull down menu. Then you should clear all assignments for the axis on all devices. For that you click on an assignment and then click "clear category" on the top of the screen. Then you can assign the axis you want by simply double clicking the entry and moving the axis you want to assign. Dont forget to tune the axis afterwards, where you can set curvature, deadzones, etc and maybe invert the axis.

Joey, OP was hinting at the lack of open servers. You're talking about your technical issue - so two different things. ;)

Here is a burst I wrote for guys in my IL2 squad on K14 operation and pilot technique. It pretty much applies to all basic Gyro gunsights. In IL2 you couldn't blank the fixed reticle, other than that its pretty much the same as in DCS P51.

So true, the fact that DCS runs on a single core in 2012 is... just sad. Anyway, DCS World does not seem to be an improvement performance-wise over the previous sims. Nevada is supposed to have this EDGE thing, but if it's only in Nevada (which is pay to play) that will suck.

Думаю девайс достойный :thumbup: Сам являюсь обладателем Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101G (модель с модулем 3G). Доволен всем :thumbup: Если отсутствие модуля 3Г не проблема - можно смело брать.

Может единственный минус 3G нет , пока непонятно по USB внешний 3G модем можно цепануть или нет (лучше проверить при покупке) , или как вариант за эти деньги ненавистный Ipad 2 +3G взять ;))))
