  1. That's gonna be hard to see on a replay. I watched it to a point when you shoot your first missile at a tank, then the replay desynchs and the helo crashes. Up to that point everything looked normal.
  2. @Mainstay Shut off your tracking, start DCS, get into the Mi-24, bring up Petrovich overlay, raise your head by pressing Num8 until the overlay matches the HUD, press Ralt +Num0 (not sure if that's default, check in controls) to save current view. Now every time you jump into an Mi-24, the viewpoint will default to your new setting. Restart DCS with TrackIr and see if you like it...
  3. Petrovich is WIP. Try enabling all autopilot channels. Autostart only enables pitch and roll - engage altitude and heading as well. You'll have better results
  4. Now the real question is - In real life, is it a switch with those 10 set position or is it just a smooth rotary potentiometer?
  5. In the replay attached below, I have 3 large static objects set up with 2 hostile trucks in front of them. Additionally I have a separate group of 3 trucks just to the right of that. Petrovich has no problem locking and firing at those 3 trucks, but will not "see" the trucks next to large static objects and will not launch ATGMs. PetTargetBug.trk
  6. Thank you for the clarification!
  7. Actually, R-828 is labeled as "КР" is the Mi-8. So if that's true, then in the Mi-24, the R-828 should be the 3rd position and i'm guessing R-852 would be the 2nd position. Looks like the selector is bugged. Also that knob, that you mentioned YoYo. It works, like it changes the volume, but it doesn't have the turning animation looks like
  8. I don't think I was ever able to use R-828 to contact ATC in the Mi-8 as well. That radio is meant to be used to communicate with troops on the ground and you can use that station to home on their position. That said, R-828 uses FM frequency range and my wild guess is that those ATC frequencies listed on the F10 map are all in AM range, that's why you can't call on it. But you're right, the R-863 and Jadro work perfectly for ATC, with R-863 being the first position on the selector and the Jadro -4th. So, I believe, there's either a labeling bug in the english cockpit, or the station selector switch should go R-863, R-852, R-828, Jadro, then 2 ARK switches
  9. I use russian cockpit and it's labeled differently. It goes VHF1 and VHF2... I think it's mislabeled in the english cockpit
  10. Not tonight, but cold start shouldn't make a difference, as long as all the switches are in the right spots
  11. It works. Try this mission attached below. I have a Hind air start and a Humvee on the ground broadcasting a sound file on 50 FM. When you start - turn the radio to channel 7 and press the AUT button to tune to it. Hold the button until green light extinguishes. Then switch the radio selector to VHF 2 (2nd position from the start) and listen. test.miz
  12. If you land with gear up and flick the gear lever down, the Hind will just pick itself up without any problems. Maybe hydraulics are THAT strong in the Hind, but i've never seen anything like that
  13. Not sure if it's a bug or that's how it's intended. Near the master arm switch in the operator's cockpit, there are 2 lights - green one and an orange one. Green one indicates that weapons are safe, orange one indicates that the weapons are armed. I'm assuming the Hind tracks the gear position and will not arm the weapons if the gear is down. In that case, if I correctly understand how it's supposed to function, the orange "weapons armed" switch is reversed. It's on when the gear is down and it's extinguished when the gear is up. See video below for reference
  14. As per the title, Diss-15 stops working after repairing at an airfield. The Diss-15 test panel "working" green light will not illuminate after repair, the slip indicator will not function and it will not give you ground speed. Also you will not be able to engage the diss-15 navigation system. In the track file attached below I cold start the Hind, the "working" light illuminates after engaging rectifiers and the 115V inverter. After start is complete i roll the bird to damage the blades. After the blades are damaged, I shut everything off and connect ground power. After connecting ground power, I test the Diss-15 system to make sure the green light comes on normally and i can engage the nav system. I wait for repair and start the bird after it's done. Diss-15 system doesn't function. Then I take off and demonstrate that the slip and ground speed indicators don't function, but the replay will probably desynch. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PDEtveRJdhE6thdBQjmHGNWThFVDGrg_/view?usp=sharing Diss15_repairbug.rar
  15. Переключатель Б2 включен? Панель возле правого плеча оператора
  16. I second that. In my experience, the stores the pilot loads (via the ground crew radio menu) can't be used by the operator and the stores operator loads can't be used by the pilot. Cannon is not affected. Stores are visibly present for both clients.
