Yeah, they are working on this. I think it was a known issue posted somewhere. The Diss-15 Map will be able to zoom in on all maps everywhere by the time it is out of early access.

Maybe someone can test it? Try telling Petrovich to lock up a target, then switch to rockets and then back to ATGMs to see if he is still pointing at the target. I'm 90% sure that shouldn't work, but there is a chance it isn't modelled completely yet.

IIRC the 3D model is still being worked on, but nearing completion. As soon as they finish it, they will release the templates.

I'm pretty sure that heading is relative to your release heading and not compass heading, though I could be wrong.

@islandhoppersDo you have game flight mode enabled in the settings? That is the most likely culprit, since many other people have had the issue and it was because they had game flight mode turned on. This mode hasn't been implemented yet for the Hind.

This control isn't present, but has been requested earlier in a different thread. I'm surprised it wasn't added in the last hotfix update.

Hoggit is notorious for bad performance. They have a lot of scripts running, so there isn't much you can do. DCS uses as much RAM as it can get, so don't be worried about 98-99% RAM utilization.

I had the EXACT same idea once, this would be amazing to see in DCS and would definitely improve multiplayer and could possibly bring some singleplayer DCS enjoyers over to MP. The role select screen could definitely use a makeover, and this would be perfect.

That would be more of a flight model issue to bring up with the respective developers of those aircraft. The Viper FM is still very much in EA, so expect it to change a lot as it develops.

Yeah, not sure why this was put into the wishlist. I guess in the meantime we will just have change the lua.

Perhaps this could be expanded to SAR capabilities in general added to DCS without the need for scripts.

I would go out on a limb and say it is THE best map in DCS currently!

In a Youtube comment Wags confirmed the low-resolution is a technical bug, not a feature. They are working on finding a way to fix this without tanking FPS.

The real reason is because they already have enough on their plate already. Let's at least wait until the next couple big updates for the Mirage or released.

I don't mean to backseat moderate, but I think that is the cue for mods to close this thread
