  1. Okay, I removed all controls and added them again, it is working as it should now. Thanks for all the help, no idea what the problem was but it's resolved now. Now to figure out how to trim the damn thing properly (hat switch on thrustmaster warthog) It never wants to settle down even at a constant speed and power setting. In fact I found using the throttle gave better control than trimming in some cases, is this normal or is can the hat switch be set to move the trim wheels much less with every press? I think I've been flying the F-15 too long...
  2. Well I guess, but presumably making it airworthy took a lot of blood, sweat, tears and money. Just saying it is a shame after such effort it won't be flying.
  3. And Vapor pouring off of the wings and fuselage!
  4. That's a shame, it seems like a lot of effort to not fly it? When I win the Euro I'll make sure mine is flying every display it can for the world to see.
  5. What makes you so sure?
  6. They do seem to be working correctly, as in they stop me on the runway, I will try adding the deadzone later. Seems strange that it doesn't work wit the "W" key either however, it did before and I haven't changed anything.
  7. I'll have to check, I'm using the Saitek combat rudder pedals. You would expect using the "W" key would still work even if the pedals didn't. Weird.
  8. Thank you, I know how it should work however, it doesn't though.
  9. I've just noticed I can't set the parking brake on my P-51. I have W and my rudder pedals set to control he brakes. And they are both showing as working in the control position display. But when i pull out the handle, apply the brakes and release it, it simply folds back in all the way. Any ideas?
  10. Nice to see another of these beauties fly, hopefully one day I'll get to see one in person...
  11. Very sad at any rate, not a great couple of weeks for the Typhoon in all.
  12. This would be a much better solution if it is possible, I really don't like the idea of separate installs personally. I suspect many people will feel the same in that DCS: World should encompass everything DCS wise.
  13. Great stuff!!! If I can get it off work I'll be there. Finally trying the Hawk and the Rift would be worth the journey for me...
  14. I love your videos man, I've always wished you would make more tutorials etc and you should certainly double up your videos... one from the cockpit view, and a second video for third person, I'd love to see both perspectives in full view. I love the P-51 but am still very much trying to learn how to manage the engine, especially when in Combat or trying to display the thing. It usually ends in a non spinning prop for me...
  15. Just buy the mag, it isn't expensive and the increased sales would no doubt help DCS become a more prominent fixture in the mag  http://www.pcpilot.net/view_issue.asp I still haven't got around to reading it although I did flick through and see this, I'll get right on it...
  16. I hope you're right, it would be a nice effect to have.
  17. I'll start flying Russian more often for sure once this comes out!
  18. Not just me then, I've been noticing a lot of stuttering around airfields of late.
  19. I'm more excited about getting more detailed terrain rather than different terrain, although I certainly agree it will be nice to move on to pastures new. Hopefully the added detail will enhance the over all realism and the sense of speed!! Can't wait!!
  20. agree... bring it on!!!
  21. I'd prefer the Harrier personally but anything would be nice.
  22. And half of the others aren't active I know... I was only kidding.
  23. 52,461 members on her, $1 each should get a nice Little area and booth :D
  24. No wonder games are so expensive these days. That's daylight robbery if it is actually true...
