  1. Hey @J-man Please consider the damaged model a work in progress as we'll improve it in the future.
  2. Hi all. Please include a track replay with a short flight for our analysis. Thanks for understanding.
  3. Hi @Ahmed This was previously reported, thanks for bringing this up. Stay tuned for future updates.
  4. @petsild The Trim Reset button serves the purpose of removing all added trim positions to 0 (zero) deflection. If you keep the stick in the same position after pressing it, it will read that current position of the stick and add that input. If you return the stick to the pure center when you press it, does the behaviour still occur? Also, the AH-64D is very peculiar. In activate the AL mode on the Hold mode (trimmer Right), the aircraft needs to be in stable flight or a stable hover, if not it will never engage if you are beyond the limitations.
  5. Hey @FourSpeed Thanks for bringing this up. We've sent this for internal analysis.
  6. @ReveWolf Have you read the threads where it's mentioned JDAM imprecisions, Fuze settings interference with CCIP/CCRP drops and Maverick boresight possible issues in this F-16C forum? Does nothing apply to the bugs you're mentioning? Multiplayer tracks are automatically recorded in C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\Tracks\Multiplayer. Please do not use heavily scripted or modded servers to generate these tracks.
  7. Hi @diveplane I just took a look at the internal stage fan blades and they do move, thought it's a bit dark inside to actually see something clearly. Are you referring to the inlet guide vanes, though? Those don't rotate with the engine, if that's what you're referring.
  8. Hey @RLTick We believe we have detected this earlier and we are working to fix it. Thanks for bringing this up.
  9. Hello @krad_1337 It seems your fellow users already gave you a few tips here. In any case, if you still feel this is a bug, please include a short track replay of your issue so we can have a look.
  10. Hi @71st_Mastiff The log file you provided is not available. It seems this issue is being caused by a corruption in a default script file. There are many variables to cause this. Sometimes even other missions with their scripts can cause this issue, other times even anti-viruses can block access. Does this mission you are running, clearly multiplayer, have mods or scripts running?
  11. Hello all. Thanks for your patience. I have reproduced the issue and reported it internally. Please bear in mind that we're giving this a low priority as we have other higher tasks at hand.
  12. Hi @Fresh This issue will hopefully be corrected in a future update as we are working to fix it. Thanks for bringing this up.
  13. Hi, @petsild Can you please show us or explain your assignments for the trimmer switch?
  14. Hi @Arashenstein Thanks for bringing this up. We are aware of some desync issues in multiplayer environment on the DCS: AH-64D and we are working on fixing them in the near future.
  15. Hey @Greyhound We are aware of this particular issue and hope to have a fix in a future update. Thanks for your cooperation.
  16. We are aware of some issues regarding cluster munition. Hopefully a fix is incoming to mitigate them. Stay tuned.
  17. Hello @ReveWolf Thanks for your time mentioning these troubles you have. A quick search in our forum would reveal some if not all of these items have been addressed before. JDAM possible inaccuracy, CCRP and CCIP current issues with older or improper fuze settings, even boresight alignment have been either reported or addressed before. Take some time to read the threads if you wish. Also, in order to have a proper follow up, please try to make a report of one item per thread. In any case, please do make a track replay of what you feel it's a bug and we'll have a look.
  18. Hey, @Kid18120 We've reviewed your report regarding different shading/colors between the wings and the fuselage. As you know, the wings are separate objects in this model and, as such, there could very well be an issue between the object textures. However, we've analysed these textures and come to the conclusion that what you're experiencing is a matter of perspective and lighting. You see, between the wings themselves and the fuselage, there is a faceted angle and the upper fuselage itself is at a different angle. So at certain lighting positions, it can cause the illusion of a different textures or shading, when in fact it's just the lighting affecting the model from different perspectives. As a reference, here's a real F-16C also creating this illusion: Just an example to show you that there's nothing wrong with the DCS textures, this is an image of the sun directly forward and above and, as you can see, there's no shading, color or brightness difference between both wings and the fuselage, aside from some cosmetic dirt/grime added to the textures.
  19. Thanks for clarifying, @bradmick
  20. Hi @Grubenstein Please include a short demonstration of the even through a track replay so we can analise the conditions. Like @ruiner_stated, settling with power (also known as VRS or Vortex Ring State) can happen in certain conditions. George skill is still being improved and we must ensure to not force him into conditions were it might struggle to keep up.
  21. Hey @Viper33 We've reported this internally for analysis. Thanks.
  22. Hey @Shein Thanks for bringing this up. I've sent this for internal analysis.
  23. Hi @Stroke 3 We need to understand what you are trying to say better. Please also include a track replay of the event you're experiencing for our analysis.
  24. Hi @Shibiswag You are attempting boresighting in very hasty situations, resulting in an imprecise alignment. Here are a few tips: Choose target areas between 3 to 4 nm for boresight alignment, stabilize the plane. Don't pick large buildings or low contrast objects as targets to boresight. Try to pick vehicles or other high contrast objects, even stationary scenery cars can be used. Use the TGP zoom as well as FOV feature to get the most precise target zone to boresight. However, in your track you're trying to re-boresight a hot airplane. Even though it's rearmed, this is a hot started plane and since the last update we've added an "auto-alignment" feature in DCS for Hot started planes. See here in the changelog: Added Maverick and HMCS Auto-Boresight, automatic for hot starts. Cold starts require manual boresight. As you can see, you're trying to boresight align and already aligned plane. So I picked this mission of yours, edited it with a cold start plane and applied the tips above. The result is a good alignment on both stations and a good handover. Here's the track: MavBSGT-correct.trk Hope this helps you and others struggling with this feature.
