  3. Thank you for the info. Always good to know the cause. Then we've been flying overweight by 20.000Ibs from the boat? Hope you can fix it sooner than later ;).
  4. PG, latest OB. All tests on the same mission, ISA +15c. Hot-start on cat/runway. Loadout: 2 x-tanks, 4xPH, 2xSP, 2xSD. Fuel- dependent on test. Flew straight & level, on speed AoA at ≈500', the same direction on all 3 tests. Test 1: Full fuel. Catapult-launch. Shot of all missiles. Dumped fuel to 4000Ibs, on speed AoA =147 IAS (pic 1). Test 2: Fuel 4000Ibs on spawn. Catapult-launch. Shot of all missiles. On speed AoA =120 IAS (pic 2). Test 3: Runway take-off. Full-fuel. Shot of all missiles. Dumped fuel to 3500Ibs. On speed AoA =120 IAS (pic 3). Conclusion: 26 IAS faster On-speed AoA if launched from Carrier with full loadout & fuel. The On-speed AoA IAS & engine power settings are different in my tests & pics. Compered to land vs carrier spawn. (F-18 might suffer from the same bug https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=247311)
  5. Bugged for 3 months & counting..........we're flying with wrong weights, drag & God knows what else? After a mission the plane "thinks" it's heavier then it actually is. It's all ED's fault, so don't blame HB. The same bug for F-18 & maybe other planes in DCS?.   6. Reported 3 months ago! And nothing so far, only "it's been reported". OP described the bug correctly, what do you mean with "The issue is that computer calculates weight not correctly, but it is different from what is described", that's what OP is saying ??? It's a basic function that should have been solved by now instead we're flying at faster AoA speed for 3 months now :doh:.
  7. Wut? I didn't know that about our F110s. Can you point me to some docs were it's described in more detail please? I assume it's modeled in HB's F-14B?
  8. What do you think we've been doing for 7 months? However this is not C152, but an F-14. This function is available in the Tomcat.
  9. This weight bug should have been prioritized, it's effecting other airplanes too like F-14. We are flying Case 1-3 at much higher speeds, the airplanes "thinks" it's to heavy, it effects available G's etc. When?? it's been soon 3 months & counting....   12. Some pics from the Speed & Angels movie cockpit video. Mind the fishbowl-effect, camera position slightly up & other unknowns. I dunno if the canopy frame is correctly modeled in HB's F-14? But I'm sure somebody can do the math.:smartass:

  14. It's my favorite airplane of all time now! It's addicting to fly & so rewarding. Outstanding work Heatblur. Thank you extremely, super, very much!! :thumbup:.
  15. And why haven't you done that??? You have an full-size flight-stick? What joystick? Try +15 in roll/pitch & work your way from there. Don't manhandle it like an F18/16 in the beginning, be gentle & work your way up to more aggressive maneuvers. You'll get a "feeling" aural & visual cues when you're at the edge of the envelope. The FM is one of the best in DCS IMO. Everybody here can BFM/ACM, without stalling or over-stressing. We all can fly CASE 1/3, AAR, parade-formation. It's a dream to fly & one of the most rewarding airplane to master ;). Was it easy in the beginning? Hell no! You'll have to practice, allot!
  16. Sometimes the bomb fall-line just isn't there? Estimating like 5% of the time. Then restarting the same mission & doing exactly the same setup, it's there (flying w Jester). Why it is I dunno?
  17. Also noticed HB's AIM-7M under-performs considerably compared to ED's counterpart. Same with AIM-9M. :(
  18. I'm listening for throttle-AB "click" sound/s & looking at nozzle positions or just listening to eng. sounds.

Weather in ME: -Make clouds go lower then 1000' feet MSL all the way to 0' MSL -Several cloud layers. 3 would be perfect. -Introduce turbulence at high altitudes, right now turbulence is felt only at low level (<10.000'.. I think). -Introduce wind-gusts. - Reverse wind direction arrows, so its coming from e.g. 240deg. Airports, Carriers & Ships (individually). -Option for "lights always on" during mission. -Option for "lights on between several time spans" e.g. ON:01:00 -02:00 & then ON:03:00 -04:00. ME general: -Ability to easily change between Metric & Imperial while in ME. -Show distance for an Aircraft's "leg" on the FP & total distance of the FP. -More distance measuring lines at once, not just 1.
  20. Absolutely! +1000 Also: Jester advise us when we're out of chaff & flares. Add some kind of bindable and simple "chaff!" "flare!" and "chaff/flare. Jester menu command, so he can display Time-to-Go on the TID. For Carrier Ops: If hook/gear/flaps-down, skip Traffic callouts.

  22. Did IRIAF change their TF30's exhaust nozzles? Doesn't look like USN F-14A TF30's exhaust nozzles. I can see in the video, some F14's have the TF30's exhaust nozzles & some don't? I'm confused.... .
