Another serous question. How much of the RIO cockpit & procedures were F-14 pilots thought & expected to know, during training & under their careers? Was there any circumstances for the pilots to back-seat if needed, ie. ferry-flights? Did you ever get to fly in the RIO seat? /Thank you!

That's why I'm wondering why the "magic 1500" & not eg. 500, as it would allow us to release at anything higher than 500 eg. 1500, 1000, 700 etc.? We should be able to adjust the HOB on the bombs either on the ground from the airplane, trough stores page, select VT HT 500 & it will set HOB automatically to 500 AGL. Or from the re-arm menu. Or whatever as long as we can select our own HOB.

+1 The wake is very small compered to RL & how it was in DCS when the Hornet was released, not sure why ED changed it.

Can someone from ED please please clear this up? Why are Mk-20 hard-coded for 1500' AGL?

Bombs don't explode bellow 1500' AGL? Latest OB, no mods. PG & Caucasus. Attached trk. For cluster-bombs Mk-20. Mode: CCIP, Mfuze: nose, Efuze: instant. VT is set below 1500, no bomb will explode. For MK-82, 82Y, 83, 84. Mode: CCIP, Mfuze: nose, Efuze: instant. No bomb will explode bellow 1500 AGL. You can use low altitudes on all other airplanes like A10C, AV8B, M2K, while only F-18 has a 1500' limitation?

So the minimum altitude for releasing any other bomb (beside sneakeyes) is 1500' AGL? I don't think so......there's a reason you can set 300, 500, 800 etc on the VT. And why can you use those low altitudes on all other airplanes like A10C, AV8B, M2K, while only F-18 has a 1500' limitation?

No bombs work correctly in OB if you release them bellow 1500' AGL....not even sneakeyes.

So the Viggen has a better TOT function, then the F-18? Where you can set different speeds for different legs & see if you're +/- in time on the computer in hh/mm/ss. I have a hard time to believe it....but maybe some RL F-18 driver can confirm it? Anyways, I've tested TOT in the F-18 multiple times, with 28 WP's, GS & TOT set on WP14. And it's buggy. The auto function stops working randomly & TOT HUD Indicator disappears mysteriously 2-3 WP's prior to TOT-WP14. Even if I fly exactly on speed & on right parameters. After that even selecting next WP manually gets buggy.

He's 3:rd & 4:th landing was ok, he was on the ball pretty much the whole way down from a long groove. They looked shallow to me though, compered to F-18. Anyways, the IFOLS calibration isn't set for the F-14 on Stennis, and that creates a problem, thus my question to HT.

Very nice stream! The reason Ralfi's carrier landings were "shallow" is because the Stennis IFOLS is set for F/A-18C. IRL the IFLOLS is corrected for different aircraft types. What's HT's thoughts on this, do we have to wait for the CV-59 to get correct IFOLS calibration?

Since August the only new major feature is "-Bomb Interval now working" the rest are very minor, non significant, new features & bug corrections to existing features. Clearly it's far from being finished (please see below), as promised by 2018. And the reason is because you shifted your resources to mig19. If you would have kept the momentum going, maybe we would be closer to finishing the Harrier....but we're not....Razbam made this choice! Further discussion is quite pointless, I have made my case & ther's nothing more to add.

DECOY, EA wont save you from the pure fact that: As others has said, it's not the EA that is the problem, it's the lack of FEATURE updates for +6 months. When I bought the EA Harrier there was allot of promises that the development will be fast & the Harrier would be finished by 2018. That was 1 of the main selling points. Now, I could settle for some month's overdue. But abandon the Harrier for +6 months is unacceptable & a breach of trust & contract. It's not even close to being finished. And I don't feel frustrated, I feel deceived & fooled. Is Razbam willing to get me a refund??? Be honest & stop dancing around the question, stop hiding behind EA & take responsibility. Otherwise we have nothing further to discuss. So, please answer, or better yet let the decision maker answer: Why did all the resources, eg. Zeus the lead programmer, just got shifted for another module & Razbam abandoned the Harrier FEATURE updates for +6 months?

Oh, so now we have to wait for another module before the AV8B gets it's development upgrades....good one! 1:st it was mig-19 now it's M2K & God knows how long it's going to take for the AV8B to be finished now!:doh: The roadmap set 6 month's ago was to have a Finished Harrier by 2018. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3536909&postcount=1 . Before the release the time-frame given by Razbam was to have AV8B finished within a year. That was 1 of the selling points & for 1:st 7 months the development was steady...but then it went downhill. :thumbdown: My trust in Razbam is totally gone! The way I see it, all this talk was just fake marketing to sell the Harrier. :mad: Razbam did it again, just as with the M2K. Fact: Promised a fast development, took our money, ignored AV8B development & didn't even come close to a "Finished Harrier" by 2018!

Hi Ciribob, Whenever there's a transmission on SRS, my TeamSpeak volume goes down like 50%. In W10 "Communications" is selected to "Do Nothing" & I've tried everything in TS playback options & W10 sound settings, but no joy. +Is your Discord invite is not working? I can't get in on your link. SRS seems to be the reason TS volume goes down, coz it isn't happening with discord. Any thoughts?

Latest beta. PG, FA-18C, night. No mods. Stennis runway night lights are broken. Tried to call up TWR, got the wrong (opposite) runway to land on. Even though the winds are coming straight towards the boat (10kt). Flew several different night missions with the same result. Never get the "requesting landing" option from TWR to press in radio menu.
