  1. 2D views are set for comfortable instead of reality. Check if your head position match the pilot body in VR.

  3. Mirage 2000C uses two stage trigger to fire weapons after the update, it takes 30 second to check all HOTAS bindings to see anything missing. There's a HOTAS category in control options.

  5. Rename all existing key binding files with new controller GUIDs (new binding file with new GUID will be generated when you change the module's key bindings).

  7. I had trouble hitting anything until I started using long burst, now I can take out anton with mosquito at ease. Long burst solved the cannon firing delay problem (You need to press fire button before lining up your sight).
  8. You can use z and x key (bind them to your stick), they keep the rudder in position.

Hi ED, In DCS 2.7 we need to quit the mission to toggle depth of field and motion blur effects, since those effects are mainly being used to take screenshots and videos it would be appreciated to have the ability to toggle them without quitting current missions. Thank you. Here is a nice shader mod for better DoF effect.

  15. In il-2 when you move your head outside the cockpit the whole plane moves with your head. It's a very bad experience though you can disable it. In some VR games move outside the boundary = put your head inside the wall and it's very different from what we get in DCS. I think the current DCS implement is good enough for me, other implement like back screen didn't works well. As the immersion problem I don't understand how you can move your view outside the cockpit when sitting on a chair.

F-5E TACAN.trk Hi ED team, 0:00~0:10 scroll wheel (it works you can skip to 0:32) 0:13 shows the knob jumping around when dragging 0:32~0:40 mouse drag (after dragging TACAN 77X not working) in 0:37 you can see 77X in Video, however replay track shows a different channel on TACAN panel. Tested in multiple mission, easy to reproduce. Thank you.

  20. Hi ED and P-47 players, I found the default vr head position of spitfire and P-47 are wrong (look for gun sight). In other aircrafts after pressing vr recenter key my body aligned with the in game pilot body and I can see the gun sight clearly but in spitfire and P-47 my butt sit on virtual pilot's belly and I can't see the sight unless I lower my head. I know there are methods to modify the default head position, but it's better to have some official fixes. Thank you.
