  1. My most professional and successful mission on the F16 so far
  2. Given the prevalence of the Dishka as both light AA and as infantry heavy support weapons. We should have had one years ago.
  3. And I assume the same with mortars. This bug has now persisted through 3 or 4 patches.
  4. Have you checked if infantry or mortars rearm?
  5. Still no fix for ground units not rearming from trucks? Kinda makes it hard to make good dynamic CAS missions.
  6. I think this is my best mission/video so far. The first in a series I hope, About the Dutch F-16 pilot in Afghanistan Goldmember 1-1 Video includes custom dialog made with an AI voice generator. Dialog triggered by action of the pilot. On top of that the mission actually went well, after the first attempt where the Wingman ran out of fuel and ejected, and the second attempt where the Tpod didn’t turn on, and my wingman flew into a mountain. This time I gave my wingman infinite fuel, and I asked him to obit, until I needed him. To my surprise I didn’t need him, I did 4 bombing runs and 2 strafing runs and all 6 attacks had a good effect on the enemy. Using the Tpod to find the enemy and drop regular iron bombs with CCIP on the marked target. I also used the Tpod as a gun sight and that worked well too. A terrible landing, but somehow I managed to save it and land safely. I’ve now added time stamps to the video so you can skip all my boring talking and get to the boom boom and brrrt.
  7. But mods can't be used in campaigns, or official missions, and only a few select servers use mods. And there's always the possibility that mods will permanently break. They can also break DCS. And it doesn't have AI side gunners.
  8. Why do the M, when a 90 early 00 model is much more useful for historical scenarios we can make in DCS. And would probably be much easier to get the references too. If the M is so important make the M as a paid upgrade like the Black Shark or A10CII. When references become available. And make a 90s Blackhawk now. That can be used for Desert storm, Balkans, much of Afghanistan and much or the Iraq war. As well stuff like Mogadishu stuff.
  9. Still a problem with all ground units. Had hoped this would have been fixed during the last two patches after it was reported
  10. I picks up the L118 cargo. Then it flies and makes the gun behave like a yoyo, either it just flies around flinging the gun all over the place or it crashes. sling.trk

  13. Honestly don't know what is true or not. And I guess we'll never know. But the important thing is that it looks like it will be fixed. With Chinook missing from steam, mig killers missing completly and Sinai having some kinda epic fault going on. Hopefully a major hot fix is coming next week to fix it all.

  15. F-4 is also early access and came with 5000 liveries (feels like it) They have released Afghanistan with Helmand province as the main feature, which is were the British were. And now they've released the hook but didn't add British liveriy to the hook. Even though the British used the hook for everything.

  17. So still don't see any Chinook on stream. The pach is downloaded, but the only new thing added in the Huey campaign

  20. I'm not sure the patch includes the Chinnock. I'm not even planning on buying the Chinnock right away. I'm not sure the patch has anything of interest to me. But damn I just get so excited on patch day. Stupid monkey brain wants its toys.

  22. I finished my trilogy with Allied Ace AI aircraft vs trained Antons Part 1: 16 P-51s vs 16 Antons, 14 downed Antons to the loss of 1 P51. (in about 15 minutes) Part 2: 16 P47s vs 16 Antons, 8 downed Antons to the loss of 1 P47(in about 8 minutes Part 3 16 Spitfires vs Antons, 13 downed Antons to the loss of 3 Spitfires, two of the spits did a mid air at the start, so the battle was actually 14 Spits vs 16 Antons(In about 12 minutes, Also changed 1 Anton to ace, and 3 to veteran as the Spit AI is rather overpowered. Now the 2nd trilogy, same mission setup, only now all the 190s are Ace. 14 Antons went down, to the loss of 3 P51s, where one P51 did a Fox 4 into an Anton. I felt I had used all my ammo, only to testfire and feeling like I had way too much ammo left, not being able to count properly I doubled my seconds and got 30 seconds of ammo left. But actually checking the real seconds I had 18 seconds of ammo left, so I used 10 seconds of ammo to down 2 Antons, and damaged 2 more. Usually I feel like I waste way more ammo. This video also includes Mark II of my blowupable, WW2 Aircraft triggers. I made randomizers. So on mission start 2 random Antons get selected to be blowupable. That doesn't mean they’ll blow up, just that they can, as I set the needed health to be between 60 and 70%, and you can easily take down an aircraft without taking away 30% of the “health”. Lucky shot to the engine or pilot and the aircraft will be dead long before you widdle it down to 70% health. In the end 1 Anton blew up out of 14 the got downed, so that seems like a realistic number.

  24. Done by ED I. mean. It really can't be that hard to take part of 1 3d asset and put it on another. I'm tired of my p51 pilot trying to relive his glory days flying a WW1 SPAD at 25 000 feet with no oxygen.
