I have an external audio interface for music production (Audient EVO 8 ) and it is connected to my main speakers. Combined With HP Reverb G2 I have to also use the onboard Realtek soundcard. (To HP reverb headphones) All DCS sounds goes to the EVO8 except for radio comms, which is sendt to the Realtek. Sometimes I had no sound from speakers, and had to restart PC to fix. Turns out, applications had "exclusive control" activated for the EVO8. Problem appeared after using the Music recording software (A so called Digital audio Workstation, commonly known as a DAW) Here is the fix: How to disable Exclusive Mode Exclusive Mode requires you to go to the device’s additional settings within the Sound Settings panel. It’s always good practice to disable it on both the Input and Output devices. Follow these steps to disable Exclusive Mode. Right-click the Speaker icon on the Windows toolbar, and select Open Sound settings. Click Device properties located underneath Choose your output device, then click Additional device properties located underneath Related Settings. In the Line Properties window, click the Advanced tab, then uncheck Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device. Click Apply, then click OK. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for your input device.

There should not be any mods now. And I've replaced Chinook with Huey. Same result. All enemies must be dead before it arrives. So the no-landing is at the end of the mission. CombatLanding2.trk

No big deal. But the words "Future Apache campaigns" sounds like music to my ears. From what I've seen so far in this one, I'll be bying if you'll be creating! :)

Are there any helo-friendly, high rez mountain areas at all? If so; Where? Because I've tried to make some missions, but those sharp edged triangles and modern art textures makes me scrap the missions. I tried many locations, but I haven't found them yet. Just a lot of "WTF" moments.

Not sure if OP mean the same, but in mission 2, waypoint two on MFD map is waypoint three in the eyepiece. Three is four and on i goes. Also, the first wpt in mission is listed as two in eyepiece. (But as "three on map).

Text to speech is not good enough yet, and after just a short time it gets really annoying. I cannot listen to that for more than a few minutes. Hope there's no such comms in the campaign.

Thx! I think I might have solved it by using the control-settings main menu. Assign and save from there. It had no exclamation mark.

My throttle assignment problem is back. Will try clearing, restart, assign default etc..

I had that happening to me as well, on all modules. I dis- and reconnected throttle, restarted both PC and DCS a couple'o times. "Shook it" as it were. Went through a couple of crashes due to some DX11 rendering error. Finally it came together and just started working.

I can see the underlying mesh.. Also. Expectations vs reality Norway, southern part: (And even with nothing there, the performance is really bad.)

Had the same with my Thrustmaster throttle; could not be used due to the red exclamation mark on all modules. Here's what I did: Restarted computer. Disconnect, and reconnect throttle. Restarted PC again, started DCS which crashed twice with some DX11 render error. Restart PC, and DCS twice. Suddenly throittle working again. -So do not re-assign or anything (yet)

I know what it means. The "A" signifies one delay though..

"A delay" seems a bit modest.
