  1. I don't map the slider axis to zoom but instead set up 3 bands; the top and bottom 5% is zoom in/out, the rest is a dead zone.
  2. Try disabling Full Screen. Edit: You've also spelt height wrong for both of the MFCDs and the aspect ratio of your main screen is incorrect (it's not 1.10). According to your screenie you've also chosen a different profile (doesn't say "high res").
  3. I would seriously consider getting BS2 in a sale and moving across to DCS World. Failing that, try rebinding your comms key \ as the default binding doesn't always correspond to your actual \ key.
  4. Nice. Enjoyed reading that and some great screenshots too!
  5. My x52 Pro, rudder pedals and TM MFDs are all plugged into a USB hub, which I only plug in (to a front USB port) when I'm simming and unplug when I'm done; this isn't an eco thing, just don't want all those lights on whilst trying to use my computer! TrackIR is always plugged in but I only run the software when simming, so unit is off when not in use.
  6. Same as some here, I use 3 velcro stickers on the monitor bezel, to match 3 corners of the MFD frame, and a sticky pad on the fourth corner that rests on the monitor screen. The velcro option is handy when switching between the A-10C and Ka-50, as MFDs can easily be removed (I use helios profiles for both aircraft).
  7. Fakum, I think this was it: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=97222 Works great for me.
  8. Fakum, I'm using a mod that automatically switches between the two; I'll try and find the source and post a link for you.
  9. Glad I could help. I must also take this opportunity to thank Capt Zeen for his most excellent profiles.
  10. Have you set up the install path within Helios for Black Shark? I seem to think this happened to me when it was set for the Hog.
  11. Try looking here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=127098 here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=106873 or in here: http://forums.eagle.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=110 and for easy mod installation, read this: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=98607 Enjoy!
  12. Could you not lean slightly to the left or right of the seat, rather than spinning your view on the spot and trying to and look over it? Edit: Checking Truview (I think it's called) in the TrackIR control panel makes this easier.
  13. Nope, pilot body has always been there for BS2. Not sure what you mean about mods, the ones I use work fine; are you using JSGME to manage your mods, or copying your Backup folder across after every patch?
  14. Um, the pilot body is still available in BS2; try pressing "Right Alt + P". You can change the kneeboard pictures too: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=129400
  15. It's an option in the Shark and Mustang. Doubt this is a priority for ED though.
  16. Just one of those things, it happens (quite a lot!), with online and offline replays. Replays from different game versions also aren't guaranteed to work.
  17. This. Sure, we all want to experience the modules as soon as possible, some even want to help with bugs but, well this, basically.
  18. 49... :music_whistling: :)
  19. @SnowTiger: This is what I was getting at in the other thread. Hope it helps solve your issue.
  20. Updates shouldn't change/clear/delete your profiles, as they are saved in your /Users/[username]/Saved Games/ folder. I have never had to recreate a profile. Are you sure you are selecting the correct column (i.e. your HOTAS, and not keyboard, pedals etc) when you load a saved profile?
  21. Dxtory provides decent quality (if set up correctly) and will happily record multiple audio sources as separate tracks.
  22. Try using JSGME to disable mods, update, then enable mods again. Simple.
  23. Good to hear, and glad those videos didn't put you off! Enjoy. :pilotfly:
