  1. New water effects and cloud shadowing seen in the latest videos maybe in today´s planned patch?
  2. Different render distances are reported in many threads, that ED´s even closed (I don´t understand why). Many pictures posted many logs etc etc ... and we have these issues since the beginning of 2.5.5 (1,5 years ago). @ED Is so difficult to address rendering distance in VR, just to have the world rendered in the 2 eyes? PLEASE FIX IT AT ALL, this completely disturbs to have it. Thanks.

  5. When this will be addressed? ED? we have these issues with L and R eye since 2.5.5 (1,5 years ago). Many other threads closed in addition.
  6. Please make possible to disable rotor viewing from cockpit. Specially awful for VR users with motion smoothing enabled!!! or at least, make the same type of rotor 2WW planes technology, which impressed to me.
  7. Many other objects are affected by this bug since 2.5.5 at some distances, different LODs between L and R eye. Many threads with it and no solution yet for VR users from ED.

  9. It seems to me that shadwing and sea diferent tones are implemented in preview Marianas video, but NOT in the game.
  10. Is there new cloud shadowing implemented with this patch? I saw in Mariana´s video new shadowing on the ocean
  11. Please ED take take of this bug. At least make it "reported"
  12. I follow all procedures, seeing white smoke marker. When I see the white mark, I proceed to bomb with Mk20 in 2 passes, then use gun cannon... and no script are showed. Please give some advice or review that mission (maybe bugged in 2.7?) thanks.

  14. Thanks Flappie Imagine in VR, from 45 fps motion smoothed, -15 fps less is HUGE perf reducton. Please at least talk with ED to give us the possibility to dissable craters effects. Thanks.

  16. What about smart smoothing at 75 Hz? Wich is better steam VR motion smoothing or the pimax one? I purchased Pimax 8KX just to test it. Pleae tell me your experiences. I have a 5900x and 3090 card...
  17. How is the performance with 8KX? I think that with 75Hz it can go quite well with DCS. Smart smoothing is bette than steam VR smoothing algorithm? - recently I tried VP2 and returnet to Vive due awful algorithm - Specially considering that with 75 hz, smart smoothing should be 37,5 fps in 75hz). Please tell me about your experiences. Thanks
  18. Plaase could you make some options to disable (or make more soft) blades for VR users? glitches in ASW / motion smoothing are a major issue for VR users. Any hope to implement helix technology 2WW planes to choppers? in 2WW planes, in VR the new motion technology regarding helix are superb. Any plan to choppers?

  20. FPS hit is huge since 2.7 with gun effects. It´s related to some sort of script (it seems to me) related with ground craters, when craters are created, creates a huge fps draw. Maybe some RAM leaking or missing buffers? please fix, its a vomit in VR firing some weakons (guns and rockets, mainly).
  21. When RAIN is enabled, even it is invisible (bug in latest patch), it makes a big FPS hit (in VR, with an average of 4ms more ...for example, from 13ms to 17 ms... -30% in performance). Please traslate to the DEVS. Thanks.

  23. You´re wrong, that situation where in comparison with 3900X. With 5900x I get CPU z single score of 690 (in stock). With 11900K , single score is 716. Do you consider much better score in single core? not really now. And now, many games are multithreaded (in DCS you have 2 threads, game and sound, appart of other tasks done by CPU with windows, drivers, VR devices, other peripherals, etc... that "eats" CPU cycles also) And most games (single core included) performs better in 5900x/5950x CPU, there are many charts in the web, so its not so clear now. Besites that CPU operations are limited by FPS gsynced/vsynced by your Graphic Card (60 fps are limited by graphic card, so then the CPU are "drawing" operations at its full potential, not more).
  24. CONGRATULATIONS @ED for this patch. Clouds are awesome specially now in ULTRA. Also in HIGH. Please fix the not rendering some details at L eye in VR (specially noticeable with guy´s clothes on carrier deck, but also in many other objects...), improve performance a bit... and this would be awesome!!
