  1. The term "colonize" is used in both the NATOPS manuals. In this context it's really jargon, not proper English, but it's better to stick to the jargon.
  2. @Rudel_chw Great idea - thank you for sharing!
  3. I think that's a pretty fair review.
  4. I'd love to try that too.
  5. The English manual in the installed F-16C Doc folder is dated October 24 2021. The German one is dated January 5 2022.
  6. DCS is a sea in which a gnat may drink and an elephant may bathe.
  7. Please report as a bug.
  8. I could not agree more. Look at recent ED product history - they deliver great products but over-promise on everything, leading to a great gnashing of teeth on what was under-delivered.
  9. As always, many thanks Chuck!
  10. With few buildings and even fewer trees on the islands, it may be exactly the opposite of the Marianas in performance.
  11. CMS-Z long press turns the jammer on/off. CSM-Z short press releases chaff and flares according to the selected program.
  12. Look for CMS Z-axis.
  13. This update is excellent for me - all my fps back and perhaps even a bit more on first impressions. You don't really appreciate what you have until it's gone - many thanks ED!
  14. If you break out the whiskey you're going to have to wait 8 hours before flying. This is a simulator.
  15. That is encouraging news, thanks for keeping up with this @Flappie.
  16. This really is a wonderful map. You just have to fly it in a vehicle that flies at less than 150 knots.
  17. When in Rome... Oh wait a minute...
  18. The one on Chuck's Google drive still has the front page date of March 18th, but the properties inside the pdf say last modified October 4th.
  19. If ED had never promised the ARC-210, I dare say we would all be very happy with the A-10C as it stands. ED makes arguably the best flight sim on the market, but they over-promise on features on just about every module. These promises are evidently impossible to keep in the real world, and cause a lot of frustration from their customer base. They just need to stop over-promising.
  20. And they don't get paid the whole amount up front.
  21. Like building a house, perhaps a schedule of tranche payments could be made. ED would get the next installment only when that portion of the project is completed.
