  1. Great work by talented people as always...
  2. It‘s been like this for nearly two years now...
  3. I´m pretty much right there with you on that subject, but I guess I already know the answer to this request: "There are certain reasons why things are being handled this way." And that´s alright with me. Anyway, I have a tingling feeling that it can´t be too long anymore.
  4. I had the same problem with my office chair and ended up switching it for DCS sessions. Before that, I kept pushing myself all over the place. Instead of the spacers I just use some leftover boards from some package. No screws required.
  5. It keeps getting better. Great work!
  6. The headphones are the only thing I never really liked about the Rift. I use a separate set of over-ear headphones and I´m very happy with it.
  7. I´m repeating myself, but this looks epic. Bring it on guys!
  8. Wow, it would be so nice to have this confirmed.
  9. Vehicle AI does not like bridges. Similar things have been reported several times before. I agree, it can be quite comical.
  10. Sry, I mentioned it just to get my point across. I didn't mean to imply that SRS causes many problems.
  11. Indeed, good times ahead. We´re finally legit.
  12. Wow, that´s some impressive imagery here. I´m tuned in Now I can check if their shoelaces are tied correctly...
  13. Also a valid point in my eyes. +1 for simplicity @Stacker The burden might not be so "overwhelming" if the whole deveolpemt is part of a planned and aligned process, so that the root cause of a bug can be adressed much quicker
  14. If I may chime in on this - I completely stopped modding DCS, simply because it is too much of a chore to keep up with in the current situation. This of course includes realsitic comm solutions which I have used in the past. I love mods in any game that allow them, but only as long as I don´t feel like the associated maintenance becomes the defining part of the experience... I would actually prefer an integrated system, which requires a less cumbersome setup process to get running, even if it means that updates may be coming at a slower rate. After some of the current milestones have been reached some time until or during 2018, who knows - progress on built-in comm systems might not be so slow by then. Didn´t ED say that they wanted to keep improving the platform? If voice-comms becomes an integral part, the process of maintaining its functionality lies with the people who plan all the other cahnges within DCS, so actually adressing bugs also becomes an internal process which should make compatabillity issues between different versions of DCS and SRS a thing of the past, no?
  15. Awesome! Try the helos. Flying DCS feels completely different. I never went back either...
  16. Oh my, I so wish I could be there to try this out
  17. Beautiful indeed
  18. :) Oops... How time flies by, I guess...
  19. Best to give it some more time after the "rather bumpy" update. I hope the presentation at E3 turns out much better than 2015.
  20. I appreciate the info. It's already a great module. Options are never a bad thing though...
  21. Followed the suggestions in Wags recent post, but nothing has changed. The game still crashes, has weird graphics glitches and poor performance...
  22. Hi there, ran into a few problems tonight after the update: DCS crashes when loading F-5 on Normandy, crashes when quitting with only one ground unit spawned on th map and crashed when flying over Las Vegas on the NTTR map in the F-5. So, all in all, a lot of crashes. :) DxDiag.txt DMP-files.rar
