Saved Games is a windows folder, it can be moved by going to properties on the folder and the location tab. Default C drive is usually the best option.

The issue is reported, it usually happens when the DTC has been used. A fix will be in a future patch. thank you

Yes apologies, I meant your C drive, especially if your pagefile is on it.

Please check your inputs, check for doubled bound axis. Then check the devices for noise, and do a calibration in windows. Let us know if it helps
