  1. This is what I found. If I map "" to any other HOTAS button other than throttle-mic-switch-depress on my Warthog, it works. There must be some conflict with this button. Since the problem only appeared after a recent update, I assume the conflict is possibly with the new game-integrated voice-over-internet-protocol or SRS....
  2. Thanks guys, I'll hopefully be able to do some more tests over Xmas!
  3. I have not flown the Anton in a couple of months, but I flew it many times prior to that. I used to have two communications buttons mapped: "backslash" and "Ralt-backslash", one I used to bring up the comm menu on the ground, the other in the air. I can still bring up the comm menu on the ground, but not in the air any more. What am I doing wrong?:helpsmilie:
  4. it's under bombs, not missiles...
  5. I have the same problem: can't drop if I do takeoff from runway, but can drop when I do an airstart:(
  6. How about during landings, do you need to trim the aircraft for proper AoA?
  7. how about the faulty (i.e. completely nonsensical) compass reading? that should be the number one known issue, no?
  8. Yeah, the compass bug is particularly annoying, hope that gets fixed soon...
  9. In other aircraft I can move the throttle from off to idle and back to off as I move my warthog throttle over the hump/gate and back again. I can't figure out how to do this in the A-8. I can use the hump/gate to either go from idle from off, or from off to idle using to separate control map assignments. What I mean is that for example when I move the throttle over the hump it goes from off to idle, but when I move the throttle back to this side of the hump, it doesn't go back to "off". Hope that makes sense, hard to put in words, if someone could post a screenshot of the control mappings that achieve what I have in mind, that would be awesome.
  10. What are the names for these two controls? I can find four different control names: trigger_a, trigger_b1, trigger_b2, trigger_t, which one is which?
  11. how does one select whether to fire the gun and/or cannon in the Anton? Whenever I hold down the Warthog trigger only the machine guns seem to fire?:helpsmilie:
  12. Have not followed this thread in detail recently. Can the order be placed already? I'm on the "list". Thanks!
  13. proud owner on a brand new Viper here!

    VR IMPROVEMENTS

What does that mean? (I'm a pimax user, so I'm curious..)
  15. I have tried to call attention to this problem several times before (https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3845374), no answer ever, simply got ignored:(
  16. Is the FW 190A a full fidelity mod on par with the spitfire, or more like FC3?
  17. Well done, enjoyed it! Looking forward to more missions!
  18. where do I enable/disable PP in PiTool? Is it the "compatible with parallel projection" check box in HMD Settings?
  19. I have a question about the VR zoom function. A quick survey of the posts here leads me to believe that the main issue people are having is that the zoomed image appears cross eyed. That's not my experience. The way I would describe it is that when I activate zoom, for looking at instruments, they move in closer but become smaller rather than bigger. It is as if I take an object in real life and bring it closer to my eye and everything gets smaller. Am I doing something wrong?
  20. Thanks! So I looked through the manual what the ACM switch does. Most of it makes sense, but what does that mean: "Toggle switch with light indication of selected option. Selects NORM (normal) or BRSIT (boresight) operation for missile launch. Controlled by WCS when in ACM mode." How is it controlled? Which of the two modes is advantages in what situation? Is there any disadvantage of having the ACM switch cover up all the time?
  21. I still don't understand when the ACM cover has to be up. Could someone briefly explain/summarize? Thanks in advance!
