Never seen a Hornet with smokewinders, I think the Blue Angels style smoke system would be the most appropriate.

Yup, I've seen this on several occasions as well, you could be right that it's not present at all the different versions of the Hornet though. But if it is seen on the Lot 20 I think it would be a nice little detail to add.

I'm working on a mission for my squad where I want the AAA to fire blindly into the air, sort of like what we saw on the news broadcasts from Baghdad during the first Gulf War. I know I can get them to fire at a point on the ground, but is there a way to have them fire into the air?

This just sounds like a huge waste of time and resources.

Wrong air force though, the Israelis don't fly C-models with CFTs ;)

It actually works for quite a few modules, I can't remember all off the top of my head - but just turn it on in the options and try it out for yourself :)

Fantastic mod, I've been wishing for AI airliners in DCS for quite a while - great job!

They participated in exercises in Norway several times, and it was not that uncommon to see them participating in smaller exercises with out Vipers here in the south-east either.

Nope, those have been in DCS at least since the Mustang was released...

But why would anyone want to fly modern aircraft and helicopters in a map set in World War 2? If I buy a WW2 map I'd do that to fly WW2 aircraft and WW2 missions not to play some weird "Final Countdown"-ish scenario with F-16s and MiG-29s dogfighting in WW2-era France.

I thought pilots were supposed to dress for the weather outside, in case they'd have to jump out ;)

Im hoping for a fix soon, it's really annoying when you want to make a video and nothing behaves like it did during the flight...

Hi guys, Im having som problems getting bombers to just do one pass over the target, at which point they drop all their bombs and then just carry on. Im sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything when I searched the forums. If it's been asked before just point me in the right direction. What I want the bombers to do is to just fly in a straight line and then at some point drop all their bombs. I have set one of their waypoints to "bombing" in the advanced waypoints actions menu, and I have set their reaction to threats to "no reaction", but still when they get to the point where they are supposed to release their bombs they to a huge 360 degree turn before running in - they do release their bombs, just not at the time that I want them to. Any idea on how I can solve this?

The SwAFHF Viggen displays are quite tame compared to what we saw when it was in active service. Im guessing it has something to do with it being flown by a man that's close to 70 years old - as the Draken and the Tunnan are flown quite aggressively, and they are also "one of a kind". Hopefully they'll be able to check out some younger pilots on the Viggen when they get the two-seater in the air, and we'll have some nice and powerful Viggen demos again.

Agreed, the more details the better, even if it pops in\out when you ask for it it's a lot better for the immersion than not having it there at all.

The Norwegian F-5s were A-models, I guess you could always do some fictional liveries, but to me it just looks wrong...

Hoping the over wing vapor effects from ED aren't THAT far away.

Lot's of pictures/drawings of A-models in here, maybe Im just a purist, but painting an E-model like an A-model is just wrong ;)
