ah..understanding dawns..( and yes, I have the same problem)

Question; I have the skins downloaded and installed in the saved games folder, but they don't show up. What should I do to remedy that?

maybe it's a little too well detailed..

Easiest answer would be this; make those objects and for the ww2 stuff, include them in the WW2 asset pack.

The one thing that actually bothers me on this; for a 1930(ish)-1945(ish) mission setting they're sure missing some important places like the Scheldt estuary..

Somewhat similar problem. I CTD on the spitfire dogfight mission.. edit: just completed the dogfight mission without the crash..odd.

Alright; how about this then: with the regular version Im not able to fly on virtual Aerobatics. With the beta version I however can.

It doesnt happen in a mission. It does however happen when joining a server (in this case, Virtual aerobatics). Included are the requested attachments. dcs.zip

I have now come across two times where DCS has crashed due to the above mentioned file. I dont know how to fix it. edit: attached dump and log files DCS-Crash-20141211-143319 (2).zip

its far more likely that, and thats just from looking at some of the DCS projects out there, that most if not all module creators have somekind of acces to documents and/or the real airframe they are trying to model.
