Pikey, as far as i know, the life system trigger on take off. If you die while trying to take off, it shouldn't remove a life, except if you like "crash land 100m after runway".

Can we make it 7 days instead of 6 ? It they a specific reason for 6 days ? Some people have only one fixed day per week to play. Depending on which day the transition falls, you may prevent a few people from playing it. I also suggest to start the event on Monday and end it on Sunday, so the server start (usually crowded) happen in working day, and we have a massive final battle for the last day on Sunday. You can probably put an aircraft carrier in the middle of lasvegas. Just need to get it manually by editing the mission with notepad. Haven't tested in 2.0, works like a charm in 1.5

I think it is also dictated by the self defense requirement : In a case of world war, it not likely a fighter squadron will stay at full strengh for long. -> Escorts may not be available after the few first serious aerial battle, and Aim9 on intruder needed.

Well, I don't think that will happen in a matter of days. that'll probably be a matter of weeks. I can be wrong tho. I'm reporting any DCS news for my community, following every releases, and i just can't fell it right now. Not that i'm a medium, but every single release was following behind the hype train. I don't see the hype train yet. You guys are excited, but i don't see wags with his jerrican of gas, I don't see much noise from devs either, I don't see flash sales that usually happens before a release. It will happen "Soon", but honestly, I'd say "two more weeks".

ED has introduced the impostors. It means they have acknowledged the issue. Visibility problem is gone. Unzoom and you'll see B17 dogfighting everywhere. At 80km, tanks looks huge like aircraft carriers. Now I hope that won't be a "quickfix", because as it is now, it still need a lot of polishing, and obviously get locked as it is a 10yrs-old-easy cheating option.

Hi there. The Vodka Squadron will line up 7 pilots on german airplanes, therefore staying in the RED side. As per users udpate : Wolfakov LazzySeal Tomcat Linovski Zweistein (probably not registered yet) Deathbane (probably not registered yet) Hazel (special guest) Lonewolves are welcome flying & training with us if they wish, so they aren't too alone in the sky. :)
