  1. Nice. Enjoy! Saludos. Saca111
  2. Hi. Don't forget that in the Huey the PTT button is the "Second detent triger" (for radio, First detent is for intercom), so once the correct radio is selected, the way to speak is to depress the trigger. My settings y controls:
  3. Hi. Can't tell if this will work for you, but I'll tell my setup and maybe you can reproduce and use it; 1 In SRS: "Settings" tab, set "radio Switch works as PTT" to ON, and "Allow INCOCLPIT DCS Controlled PTT" also to ON. 2 In DCS: in the controller set up screen, I have joy's "First trigger detent" to "Pilot ICS radio" (RShift+SPC), and second detent to "Pilot Radio trigger" (RAlt+\). IF no two stages detent, I suggest you go for the second one as ICS is mainly for MP usage with Copilot or gunners. Let's hope this will do the trick, as SRS is a blast when properly used! Saludos. 4. HI. I think (IIRC) that in the manual you can find pictures of the grip and the stick (F/A-18) with the buttons named and from there it should be easy to bind them in your system. The only button that is not in the real thing is the 3way pushbutton left of the RECCE one, so use it the way you want ( view ZOOM IN/ZOOM OUT?). The radar antena elevations should be on the throttle. For the rest, I'm sorry, can't help. Saludos. Saca111 P.S.: In the spanish manual, in page 83, you have a picture and explanations of the stick. Again, the 3way button is missing, use it at you discretion. The throttle is in page 87.
  5. Hi. Check those ones: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8n1cL1Szgmg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJId5ChPwkU Sorry if I contamined you with the "helios desease"... Saludos. Saca111
  6. HI. As I said, try moving all controls in all possible directions and axtension before hiting the "fly" button. To me it did the trick before I found this "synchronise" stuff. I have X52PRO and Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals, so no incompatibility issue whatsoever... Saludos. Saca111
  7. I would add: after last launch/hit, TMS dwn twice with the TGP as SOI and it should be ready to use; if you change the steerpoint, the TGP location should follow, if you press SP (SnowPlow), it will get a fixed position looking forward and low, and TMS up or rgt should ground stabilize it and allow you to slew around. Saludos. Saca111
  8. Hi. Or press CursorZero (CZ) on the MFD, maybe this will reset the TGP to the SPI/SteerPoint. Saludos Saca111
  9. Hi. Yes, good point. As I have no FFB devices, I never think in that possibility. Saludos. Saca111
  10. Hi. Thanks for posting this! Less headahes Saludos. Saca111
  11. HI. A few things first: a) Check no multiple inputs are bound to the controls surface. You can always clear all inputs, check how it goes, and then start adding one after each other but always do a change at a time; do the change, test it, correct or go ahead depending on results. Also check that right and left engines are mapped correctly, as one idle engine and one full throttle couls make you spin! b) try ticking/unticking "synchronise controls at mission start up". I had allways to wiggle the controls all the way in every direction before flight/mission start so the cotrols would "go ok" untill I ticked this option (in "setup/miscelaneouse" tab). If not, also check there are no inverted controls... Saludos. Saca111
  12. HI. Thanks for the mission, interesting one, as well as frustrating; 158 000 pts at the end! Quite close but quite far ! Good training, but I'd like to know wirch one of the convoy vehicle is the one to folllow, because some times you are over the convoy and the score is low and other times at the same distance the score is hight. Saludos. Saca111
  13. Hi. Yes, in Nevada you have to enterWest for Longitud. The thing is as follows: once entered the North coordinate, dubber down for Longitud and press the "4" button in the ICP for "W" and then the normal XXX.XX.XXX numbers. Then ENTR, as normal and the the altitud. Tis should do the trick. Saludos. Saca111
  14. Thanks for the answer. It is what I was thinking... Saludos. Saca111
  15. Hi. For the drift or INS drift after DF, check that great video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqQz9YrEi6A Don't miss it, really helpful. Saludos Saca111
  16. Hi. Try to remove the .wav file from it's location, restart the ME and erase the trigger. Then, redownload the .wav file, save it in a different folder so the ME has to "effectively"search for it, and redo the trigger, pointing to the new location of the .wav file. I had a similar problem wit a sound file I created that was corrupted, and the ME even refused to open the file browser. The only solutioin I found was to erase all sound files, delette the trigger and start from scratch with the sound file and the trigger. I hope this elps. Saludos Saca111
  17. HI. Iwas pretty sure I was right when thinking that the ball was behaving stange... now I m happy I was not mistaken. Yes, a revisit to this FM would be greatly apretiated. Saludos. Saca111
  18. HI. How did you "turned off" the SHKVAL? the lever on the lefthand side, close to the fuel cut off valves? AFAIK, there is no Shkval on/off control, but the K-041 for the entire navigation system and/or the generators (1 & 2) on the righthand side pannel, right off the bat1 lever that might turn off the screen... Saludos. Saca111
  19. Hi. I m with you. To me it looks like the TGP comes to a point where the tarbet is exactly on the longitudinal axis and it gas to re acomodate, loosing the targt loxk. Again with you, dont turn so hard that the velocity vector is underneath the target position, keep the aricraft nose comfortably above the target, to avoid the TGP to reacomodate. Saludos. Saca111
  20. Hi. Seems weird to me, as "save/load" options work ok always since I undestood that I had to save a specific profile for a specific controller; Let's say you have a joystick, a throttle and pedals, all of them separated from each other (not like X52 or similar), so you have a column for each and every one of them. For each module, you have so save separately every one pf th controllers you have: for example, "F16Throttle.diff.lua", "F16Joy.diff.lua" and"F16Peds.diff.lua", the same for the F/A-18 (F/A-18Throttle, joy and Peds) ans so on. for loading the profile, just click on the little down arrow right of the controller name, select"load" and search your PC for the correct location/profile. If not prompted to any windows for loading a profile, either you saved them incorrectly (something similar happens with sound files in M.E.) or your copy is broken; try a repair or simply make a backup of your profiles, delette the "controls"tab in C:\Users\XXXXXXXX\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Controls and restart the game. All controls should switch back to default and maybe you then can load a new profile. I hope I made it clear... Saludos. Saca111
  21. Hi. I'm with @Lace. Just tryed the auto start sequence and I did it no problem. Just check there are no indesired imputs (throttle or brake) that may move the plane. In my PC worked ok, but like @lukeXIII, at the end it misses the IFA selection. Saludos. Saca111
  22. HI to all. During Vietnam War, the Cessna 170 was developed into the 305A model , also called Bird Dog, servicing as AFAC and similar. That is a great example of a civilina plane with military options. Pleas, DCS consider it! Saludos. Saca111
  23. Hi. Well done! Keep practicing and you will master it! Saludos. Saca111
  24. Well... just checked mine and no more than the "extend/retract" option. My DCS is Open Beta, last patch (2.7.5.10869). Would like to take a screenshot, but again, if I press "prtscrn", the menu jumps to the "take screenshot" binding and no picture of the intented menu, sorry. Saludos. Saca111
