Hola. Hay un video de los Grim Reapers donde uno de ellos lo aterriza en un portaaviones (antes del Supercarrier), con un ángulo de aproximación muy bajito pero lo consigue. Yo ni lo he intentado, ya que no consigo aterrizar el A4, así que , para qué... Si lo consigues aterrizar, casi seguro que poniéndote en la popa y soltando frenos con mucho motor, flaps y rueda extendidos lo despegas y vuelas. Saludos Saca111

Hi. Had the same issue and did the trick of clearing all assignements (except the keyboard), exiting DCS, opening it again and the red dot desapeared. When I loaded back the saved profiles,all the axis where screwed: all joy/controllers had bank, pitch, throttle and ruder inputs, even thought I saved them without them. Cleared the wrong assignement and all looks ok, for now. Hope that helps somebody. Saludos. Saca111

Hi. I have 52Pro, so nojoy, but my advice is: Config the hotas INSIDE DCS, with no profile on it, as much as you can, and then , if in need for more functions, then program them in the mode 2 or mode 3 of the 52. Also, as Munkwolf adviced, use the original hotas (the one in the plane, I mean) and try to replicate it as mucha s you can in the DCS setup. The rest is well explained by Munk. Saludos. Saca111

Long since I used the Harrier, but I can recall situations where I started to see grey, blurry, worst, I thought it was me, but went to the oxygen switch, put it to on, and the blurryness disapeared, so I think it is modelled. Same with the F-14. Can't tell for other modulles, and again, many months since I had that issue. Saludos. Saca111

Hi. What I think the OP is pointing is that the "Right/Left MFD" buttons are greyed out in the A10C for the Cougar MFD´s, not for other controllers. It is possible to bind those buttons to another controller but not the other Cougar MFD. The Thrustmaster Cougar MFD s are sold as a pair, named F-16 MFD 1 and F-16 MFD 2 inside DCS, and the assignements are restricted to wht the developer decided.Same for the AV8. But any other controller can be bound to those buttons. Saludos Saca111

Hi. For the Jettison thing: select A/A or A/G, press the SMS page on the MFD, and the right hand most button is "S-J". Press it, and you will have a representation of your plane. Select the stations you want to jettison with the OSB beside nad press the pikle button. Be awar you will have to enter the mode you were in before the jettison. Saludos. Saca111

Hi Wild. Nice controller... but Im affraid you can not use the MFD s other than for what they are ment. Effectivelly, they are greyed out and you can t change this, AFAIK. Indeed, it is the same for the Harrier, the MFD buttons can no be changed from out of the box. If there is a mod or shortcut to bypass that I can t tell. If you findyourself short on buttons (no joking, I have 10 joysticks/button boxes attached to my PC), what I suggest is to use some button or key as a modifier, so you can switch between functions of a button if you press that modifier. To me, the setup system in DCS is perfect (almost), so I use it as much as I can, and then the Saitech/Logitech profiler for some specific fuctions I can t setup in DCS. Hi. Unless another pandemic araises, there should only be Free to try/play/fly near Christmas or so. The F/A-18 is, I think, close to completition, some systems/weapons to add, improve, bug fix etc but I feel it is close to leave Early Acces. Can't tell a percentage, but on it you can do all kind of stuff: A/A, A/G with radar and TGP, lots of weapons (some of them quite cool to use), naval ops,, AAR (chalenging and rewarding)... So if in doubt, go for it. About the campaign, there is one "built in" with the module, but I never ever had a look at it (before that very post). Saludos. Saca111

Hola Artillero. Yo tengo el X52 PRO, y creo que mis perfiles no son compatibles con tu software de programación. Te todas maneras, mi consejo es que no te lances a programar perfiles ni a coger los de otros; Primero intenta acomodar tu mando al original, según viene explicado en el manual de cada módulo: usa directamente el mando en DCS, asignando los botones y ejes en el configurador del juego, sobre todo en "modo1" primero. Cuando veas que te hacen falta "cosas especiales", entonces empieza a plantearte el hacer un perfil, lo mejor "en modo 2 ó 3", no sé si me explico. Otro truco que yo hago mucho es, si me "sobra algún botón del mando o del throttle", y éste tiene "fácil acceso", dedica este botón a modificador, de manera que en el juego, si necesitas una función especial, pero sólo para un momento o cosa muy concreta, un botón que hace, no sé, SCS abajo (seta abajo en el hornet), si aprieto el modificador y seta abajo a la vez me hace "SCS depress", por ejemplo. de esta manera puedes duplicar el número de funciones de los botones Y DE LOS EJES!!!! Ya sé que a todos nos gusta "nuestra manera de hacer las cosas" y de configurar los hotas, pero al final calcar el original verás que tiene todo el sentido del mundo. El principal problema de esto es que te tienes que aprender la filosofía de cada avión, o de cada país casi, pero al final verás que, por bloques, sin muy similares. When on MPCD (Center DDI) and on EHSI, bumping up or down in unavailable, as no TDC is present, but SSS aft toggles between SA and EHSI, so switch to SA, bump up or down till desired range and SSS aft back to EHSI. Not the fastest, but better than grabbing the mouse, selecting the range (going in one single direction!) clicking on OSB. Saludos again. Saca111

Hi. First, try on the setup/controls option to see if the key press is recognized: Open the setup menu, go to controls, select the corrrect plane/module, set the profile in the Joy and press the different buttons in the Joy. You should see the function assigned to it poping up. If this goes ok, you should be fine ingame. If this doesn t happen, let's be sure the profile works ok: opne the Saitek/Logitech software programer; select the profile and upload it to the Joystick.You should have a window with the assignement boxes and at the top left corner under Logitech Logo you whould have a few icons. Select the one like a gear (test profile) and press the button. I the window you should have the key presses assgned to the buttons. If this is ok,your Hotas works ok.
