reported earlier Excessive YAW while mouting TGP.
LordOrion replied to LordOrion's topic in Bugs and Problems
Unfortunately no, or at least the wind is not the sole cause of the problem: it occurs with 0knt wind too. I've created a short video that shows it, just let me load it on YT. -
It is already hard to keep the plane straight on the runway while taking-off / landing when in "clean" configuration but when mouting the TPG, keeping it on the runway is really hard since it continuously try slew to the right (the side owhere th TGP is mounted) and I have to apply an excessive amount of rudder to compensate. Once in flight the problem is less annoying but I still have to compensate with the trim and from time to time correct the course. I already saw this issue a lot of time ago (I've just restared with the Viper after some time spent on other planes) and I read somewhere that the problem was reduced in some previous update but IMHO it's still the same if not worse... No, there is no double rudder axis assignment: it is assigned to the TFRP pedals only. No, there is no pad/other controller connected to my PC except the warthog and TFRP (and M+K obviously). No, I don't need to set a deadzone for the pedals: I alredy did it and it does not help. Moreover I've checked with the input control window (CTRL+ENTER) and the rudder axis is perfectly centered when the problem occurs. Any help?

Thank you guys, I will put it in my wishlist!

I tried to bind them just for fun and I confirm that in SP they don't even open the COMM menu. Unbinbded and replaced with ATC and Master Cation Reset binds as usual. Case closed, thank you to everyone for yuor reply.

I'm pretty sure @giullep was only "asking", not "complaining"

Nice Works Chuck, thank you! (If I may) have you chosen what the next guide will be?

Friends (you included) can call them "Frecce Tricolori" (literally: "Three-Colors Arrows" ) or just "Frecce" MB-339A is the standard trainer/light attack version. MB-339PAN (or "MB-339A/PAN", since the "PAN" is actually a sub-version of the "A" variant) is the Aerobatic version, which include the "Frecce" and Al-Fursan patrols skins ("PAN" stands for "Pattuglia Acrobatica nazionale" or "National Aerobatic Team"). The just "MB-339" seems to be an outdated version/garbage left on (y)our system, but ask confirmation before delete it

Same here: I keep them on my tablet, which works as a kneepad when I "fly".

RNAV totally showing wrong direction, distance correct

Same here too. I thought it was a GPS alignment problem or something I forgot to do during startup but after several attempts following the procedure step by step I had to give up on the idea that something is wrong. I also noticed (but I ask other users to confirm it), that in the DATA2 page the current waypoint Longitude is reported as empty (e.g. "../../..") -
Thank you!

Hi, as many of you I guess, I started playing flight simulators on my beloved C64 in 1989, and grown up as a fixed wing pilot. I made some experience with helos when Jane's released its own AH-64D Longbow 2 but I left that game tanking dust on the shelf when Jane's Released F-15E the very next year. I don't think to be a real "choppa guy": I bought BS2 (discounted) when started with DCS but never actually used it (and I don't think I will buy the BS3 update), howerver I always liked the Apache and I'm really tempted to give it a second chance and add it to my modules collection. So here are the real questions: - Is the module playable alone or you need a CPG? - Is it flyable with my HOTAS Warthog + TFRP or do I need some extra fancy controller? Thank you for your reply.
-
Mb-339 maybe? Almost finished, easier than the others...

Hi, Is there any use of MIDS switch in single player? I'm trying the adjust my HOTAS config to be as much as 1:1 with the real Hornet, hhowever I'm not sure if MIDS might be useful or not in SP.
