  1. Just graduated from Dale Carnegie, eh??
  2. Same here with my squad. All the Hornet drivers saw their own wings spread and everyone else saw them folded throughout the mission. This just started since the last update. Not complainin', just saying... :megalol:
  3. Beautiful job Joey!! I am only interested in the 70's version so I can use it as an LHA that I can operate the Mi-8 from. I put an Mi-8 on the deck and was spawned solidly on the spot aft of the island with no issues at all! The boat was doing 20 knots and the Mi-8 was not sliding at all. Great job and thank you very much for all of your work in this virtual world of ours!
  4. Can anyone say if this is the same "effect" that HeatBlur implemented in their F-14B module or is this something different?
  5. Where/how do you enable it??
  6. Have you tried Voice Attack?
  7. The Spratly Islands!!
  8. I think that if y'all want something worth flying over, you should stop talking about a FREE map! :pilotfly:
  9. This is awesome news and a much better outcome than I ever thought would come. Thanks Wags and Co.!!
  10. Thanks a lot Zaku. That Omni skin looks AWESOME!! That will definitely be flying in the skies over the NTTR

I've got the Rat and LOVE it! The Colt would be a first day buy for me, just like the Rat!!
  12. I don't think that the Mi-8 has a locking pin for the nose gear, at least I don't believe that it is modeled in this sim if there is one. Most nose gears, and even tail wheels, have a spring mechanism which will cause the wheel to self center once weight has been taken off of it. It could be that this is also not modeled in the sim. In my experience with tail wheel helicopters, S-58T and S-61, both have locking pins controlled by a T handle in the cockpit. The S-64 has a nose wheel and there is also a T handle in the cockpit for locking the nose wheel. It could be that this minor detail was left out. :book:
  13. Any chance of getting some info on the Intruder's progress? It would be greatly appreciated! :pilotfly:
  14. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=241232
  15. If you are using the Lat/Long with DD-MM-SS.SS, nothing happens after entering the first set, DD-MM-SS, and enter, until you enter the last set, .ss, and then hit enter again. At that point you will see the entire coordinate displayed. Not sure if this is what you are experiencing but it sounds like it.
  16. You'll have to explain this one to me. I just assume that the -120's weigh a considerable bit more than the -9's. If that assumption is true, I don't understand how you can come up with the notion that having more weight out on the wing tips will give you a higher roll rate. Being an old helicopter pilot, I have grown up with the example of the figure skater speeding up their rate of spin by bringing their arms into the center of rotation and slowing the spin down by extending them. what am I missing with the case of the AIM-120's??
  17. OOoooooWeeeeeeee Di Weeeeee! I've got a wad of cash just burning a hole in my pocket!! C'mon funny feeling!! :megalol:
  18. That is awesome!! Thank you, I had no idea that the IFOLS was available.
  19. I seem to recall Wags mentioning that an FCLP box and IFOLS was definitely in their plans for the future. This was quite some time ago and I was just curious about how far off in the future he was thinking. :pilotfly:
  20. It definitely does make a difference! I have made missions with as many as 12 a/c assigned to the JCS. All are assigned cold ramp starts, or 1 to each cat and all the rest to spot 1 as a cold ramp start but the most you can ever get to show up on the deck at any one time is 9 - 4 on the cats, 2 on Elevator #2, 1 on elevator #3 and 2 on elevator #4. If the ones that spawn on the cats disengage and taxi clear, you might be able to get a few more on board as well.
  21. In the Mission Editor, go up to the top of the page and click on MISC and then click on Encyclopedia. There you will find a list of weapons.
  22. You also need to move the cursor around after hitting LAlt+Y to get the new coordinates to show up
  23. That is beautiful!!
  24. That would be awesome!!
