  1. Totally agree, most of the suggestions here will inconvenience those that have an appropiate amount of storage, in order to allow an unknown quantity of users to employ a smaller SSD drive.
  2. seems you have excellent internet bandwidth, but I see many people that wouldn’t have enough bandwidth to play.
  3. The Corsair provides quite a lot of useful Parameters to use with the X:COCKPIT PARAM IN RANGE trigger condition, like: COWL_FLAPS_LEVER CYLINDER_HEAD_TEMPERATURE FUEL_FLOW FUEL_PRESSURE FUEL_PUMP FUEL_SELECTOR FUEL_TANK_MAIN HYDRAULIC_PRESSURE INTERCOOLER_DOORS_INDICATOR INTERCOOLER_LEVER MAGNETS MANIFOLD_PRESSURE OIL_COOLER_DOOR_INDICATOR OIL_COOLER_LEVER OIL_PRESSURE OIL_TEMPERATURE PITOT_HEAT PITOT_TUBES_STATUS PRIMER RPM_DIAL RPM_NEEDLE WATER_PRESSURE However, there is none providing information on the ammunition remaining for the guns, would it be possible to add Parameters with this info? It could be one for total ammunition, but more flexible would be to have the info separately for each gun, Also, an indicator denoting if a Gun is jammed would be really useful when editing training missions. Thanks for the great warbird, I'm truly enjoying learning it. Cheers, Eduardo

  4. You are complicating things unecesarily, terrains have a single kneeboard section each and that is more than enough, each mission can already have their own kneeboard (plus one for each aircraft type) so more than enough already ... having DCS "remember" my sticky dividers, per aircraft, is what's still missing.
  5. I would be happy with just a small improvement of the "sticky note page divider thingy" .... to have DCS memorize my KB dividers on a "per aircraft" basis, from one DCS session onto the next.
  6. already done, back with the v2.5 update of DCS.
  7. You can have many folders there, depending on your history flying DCS, the one on my PC has these: Some common folder names you can have are "DCS", "DCS World", "DCS.openbeta", etc .. all of them have the DCS prefix. The important one is the one currently in use by DCS, one way to know is to check the /Logs/ folder inside each, and look at the modified date of the "dcs.log" file, like this: So, on my case, the "DCS.296" is the Saved Games folder in use by my DCS. Keep in mind that you could have more than one DCS version installed on your PC.
  8. All User Mods have the same evolution, to have the best experience with them is best to be an early adopter, because eventually all authors move onto other projects after a time. The developer of this Mod, @Breadmaker91, began work on early 2021 and I started using it a year later, with its initial public release, and enjoyed it for a long while. But over three years have passed by, so one can fully understand that the developer moves onto newer projects and I'm ok with that.
  9. Strange, on my latest DCS the weapons do show up: No idea, not enough data to venture a guess
  10. Sorry, just realized that I never got back here … the missions were released a while ago, on this other thread.
  11. thanks a lot, appreciated
  12. On the mig, the battery does not power the radio, you need to ask the ground crew to connect external power, then you can use the radio with the engine off.
  13. Hello, I’ve last week finished my mission making for the T-45C, it goes like this: however, I’ve not returned to the Mig-21 as in the meantime the Corsair caught my attention and I’m editing some missions for it. but today M3 has shown signs of intending to fix some of the -21 bugs, if this turns out into an actual patch I promise to return to the -21 sooner
  14. hello, just wanted to say that it is great to see the MiG (and the CE2) being checked and given attention. Wish you all the best, greetings from Chile, Eduardo
  15. Here is his donation page, but not sure if its links are useable from Russia: https://ko-fi.com/currenthill
  16. I prefer to have this kind of Template separate, for more flexibility when editing missions ... you only load those that are within the mission's area of operation. If a user needs the whole map fully populated, he can simply load all templates one after the other, and then save the resulting mission.
  17. Thanks, I look forward to this valve being available, as I wanted to edit an Emergency Procedures training mission and just realized it isn't implemented yet.
  18. Don’t remember where I got it, but hopefully it meets your need: https://1drv.ms/f/c/ba8d40d87db99c2e/Ei6cuX3YQI0ggLomDQIAAAABV-wpLaQ96_oJhOnOf9G-qQ
  19. this is why a track file is so useful when diagnosing issues .. don’t get mad when someone that wants to help asks for one.
  20. how could anyone answer that if you don't care enough to post a track?
  21. Their author told me that the missions were done well before the Marianas WW2 map was available to them.
  22. Hi, These are the same standard training missions of the Corsair, but ported to the Marianas WW2 Map. Sincerely, the Training that @Don Rudi published a week ago is more complete and detailed, so I debated with myself for a few days if it was worth it or not to share these, but today I decided that it couldn't hurt to have more missions available for the Corsair so here they are: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3346409/ BTW, to whoever manages this part of the Forum, I'd love to have a "Missions & Campaigns" Sub-forum, in addition to the current "Wishlist" and "Bugs & problems", please? Here is a little walkthrough of some of these missions: Best regards, Eduardo
  23. DCS World does not need to run as Admin, and in fact can cause problems if you do. If copying the file by hand works, that means the file is correct. Most likely OvGME is copying it into a wrong path.
