That is an unfortunate bug from the old map, where the textures aren't always flat with the terrain, hopefully it will be fixed (or much less noticeable) in the upgraded map that is soon to be released.

$50 for the DCS: AIM-54 Phoenix and it will be released in Two Weeks.

Do we know for certain that the trees will be collideable in the new map?

I find it very acceptable for helicopter flying. In general the Caucasus' suck (*technical term) for low level, but his textures do make a lot better.

Yay a feeding of the great unclean hordes. Great to hear they are moving along swimmingly. Hopefully soon we can see some examples of the functionality of the systems they have been modeling.

Did you guys uninstall all mods before updating then reinstall them once the update was complete. If you didn't, uninstall the mods, then run the repair function then reinstall the mods. This is a requirement for every update ever in any build.

I believe Van Halen is also acceptable.

I would like to see AI civilian aircraft as they do have a place in the modern battle space. Look at the routes of Georgia and the SoH theaters. The UAE is home to 2 of the largest airlines in the world, not to mention one of the heaviest traveled air corridors on the planet. The NTTR map (once they are added) is home to some of the busiest GA airports in the US, not to mention Las Vegas International is a Hub for Southwest and a major destination for many airlines and GA Jets. Adding these aircraft will allow for even more realism dealing with intercepts of suspicious aircraft, airspace violators, etc. the DCS NIMBYs need to lighten up and realize there is a place for everything in this world.

Wags did give a bit of an update on the last live stream. He mentioned that the Black Sea Map was going to get a total overhaul with "new features" and we "would really like it". The Hornet was still being worked on, and they were working on expanding the NTTR map.

Glad to hear that the Black Sea Map is getting a much needed overhaul. Be interesting to see what they are going to incorporate into it.
