NTTR is probably about 90% accurate to real life. The airfields are about 95% accurate. Roads are mostly there, most airfields are there. The hotels/casinos are mostly modeled just with close looking names (to avoid copyright infringement).

I think it is most likely due to the names actually being part of the model themselves rather than just a texture to replace. Not to say at some point in the future someone wont come up with some sort of "hat" to place on top of the casinos and hotels to rebrand them, but I doubt it.

Why is this such a hard concept to grasp? A vanilla server requires a vanilla game.
