  1. Units requiring an asset pack are already marked in the unit list of a mission, though probably not in the list you particularly think about. You can also sort that list by modules or other parameters.
  2. Ground units should always come with full ammo by default. And they should also automatically rearm when they are within the rearming circle (black circle around a logistic unit). Just be aware that it can take several minutes to reload a unit, depending on how much and what kind of ammo.
  3. There's more to it than that. You also need to check if the model has a damage model (damage sections, lines, perhaps even decals). So it's not as simple as changing a zero to a one.
  4. Spark plug fouling may manifest itself by slightly reduced power. The other stuff, you cannot really meter/monitor the degradation besides the sound the engine makes. If you hear strange noises, like banging, perhaps chugging or other strange noises, chances are that it's too late and the degradation is already quite advanced. The only thing you can activly do however is to prevent degradation in the first place by always staying within the limits and clear the plugs from time to time.
  5. There apparently is spark plug fouling modeled so you have to clear the plugs in a regular interval when running in eco settings. Hot temperature also degrade the engine as well as too cold oil, at least at start. No, FOD is not modelled, so you can use RAM air at any given time without fear of damaging the engine.
  6. Try searching for access/maintenance panels or something like that in the controls.
  7. You padlocked an enemy, basically locks your vision to an enemy like you said. Just press F1 or Num5, that should unlock it again.
  8. Can you perhaps upload a short track showcasing your issue?
  9. Will it still be a requirement for everyone to must have the PTO Assets if one wants to join a multiplayer server that uses these assets in a mission, or have you found a way yet of not splitting the community behind these "paywalls"?

    Have you pressed CZ? No? Do it, it is very important in the F-16. It will become your best friend.
  11. The unit setting shouldn't affect aircraft avionics, though I think FC3/4 is an exception in this regard, but I am not sure. So the F-16 for example will only show you imperial units, and that has always been like this. The unit setting only/mostly affects units outside of an aircrafts cockpit, so F2 view, mission editor, F10 etc.
  12. Every post you made with your trains received positive feedback/reactions. How you take that as "negative zero interest" is unbelievable. Do you just ignore every bit of positive reactions and focus on the negative only or what? But hey, your choice. If you perceive all that bit of positive reaction as non-existent interest, so be it. There is certainly interest in what you are doing, even if you don't get hundreds of messages about it. There will and always be the dozen bunch of people happy for every bit of asset provided by people to improve the game, even if they don't directly express themself.
  13. There is no blur setting. You can however install a mod that should make the vision more clear.
  14. With flaps you are shifting the center of pressure and decreasing the lift, so both can happen simultaniously. Shifting the center of pressure will result in a different moment around the CoG and that in turn, in combination with the design of the wing and tailplane, will dictate how the aircraft will pitch, while the loss of lift will result in sinking/less climb. This is just a matter of normal aircraft physics/how it is designed. Even a Cessna reacts with a bit of pitch when operating flaps.
  15. Everyone who wants to use ILS needs to have that file modified. It won't prevent you from hosting anything, but it allows personal preference wheter one wants to have it or not.
  16. There should be a beacon.lua in the installation directory of the map (DCS/mods/terrain) where you can add any beacons you want. Also worth a shot searching first if someone already did such a mod.
  17. What coalition is your aircraft assigned to? Have you tried it with the unrestricted SATNAV option enabled? Can you reproduce it on another map?
  18. Have you already tried removing all of your mods (if you have any) and running a repair?
  19. The Maverick isn't really maneuverable either, so make sure you fire at an acceptable distance within reasonable limits. And like Czar said, you should upload a short track for us to see what's happening.

  21. I think the ECM takes some time to warm up before you can use it. How long did you wait after putting it into ON and trying to activate it?

  23. Can you perhaps expand on your issue a bit? Like did you set the frequency for the FAC beforehand? What is "contacting ATC is hit or mis"? What exactly do you mean the comm menu does nothing? Which aircraft? Did you set the frequency for the units? Did you set the frequency for your own aircraft? Pressed correct PTT button? Within radio range? Line of sight to the unit? Do you have example missions and tracks to upload?
  24. Double crosswind correction. After first break, you are obviously too close or too far. By applying one crosswind correction, you'll fly the correct track, if you double it you'll fly further outward/inward, giving you more space for the second turn. Or simply adjust your bank angle depending on your needs/wind direction.
