Looks like that the manual in the folder is of an earlier version. Please have a look at the post from @6S.Duke There's a google drive link with a manual which contains the data card options and file format. Edit: Also something I discovered so far with the data card:

In the manual in the module's doc folder, thereare some pages. Be advised, currently RNAV isn't really working. Direction to selected steerpoint is only correct on the HSI, when you are flying straight north. There are some threads regarding RNAV and data card here, just search for the terms.

Regarding the brake lock, it's in fact small device holding the brake lever. If you push and release the brake, the brake lock releases. I guess, this happens also when you have brake to axis and the axis is a bit jittering. You may want to check this.

reported Mi-8 DISS-15 Doppler nav rollercounter detail
gulredrel replied to TasDozer's topic in Bugs and Problems
Thanks a lot for sharing. Never thought of that. An amazing electromechanical piece of kit. Hope this can be implemented in Mi-8 and -24. -
Hello, would it be possible to show the pedal microswitch status and yaw AP current mode in the control indicator? I think this could be helpful in conjunction with the different microswitch special option settings. So you can than tell if the yaw AP is in dampening mode or in heading hold mode with pedals not centered or the different states this can have. Thanks and best regards Jens

Good to hear. Yes, as stated in my first post. I'm sure in the past the value in mission editor waypoint options set frequency was with a different unit and not in the MHz range. If it was in kHz before, this would make totally sense.
-
@davidfercas: Please check the following trk. 252 kHz beacon works in the C-101CC. Sound can be heard in antenna mode, after switching to ADF / compass mode, also the needle on the HSI swung in the correct ground unit's direction. Unit with 252 MHz can be tuned on the UHF radio, but there is no direction finding capability for this. 20230313_C-101CC_ADF.trk I think, you can open the track as mission file to check the unit's settings.
-
I think, you need to add a track or your mission file. Just to confirm. The ADF receiver in the CC is working in the range of "190 to 1749.5 kHz". If the 252 you stated worked in the F-5, than it is an UHF beacon and it is set to 252 MHz, so 252.000,00 kHz. As far as I know, the F-5 is not able to receive kHz range beacons. If it's an old mission, please check the transmission settings in advanced waypoint options. I believe, ED changed this, so it needed to be in Hz and now you can type MHz. So to be an kHz beacon, check the value and unit used.

Some more screenshots without the APU running but with ground electrical power on. I this case I would expect the DC voltmeter never show voltage for the AI-9V position. The DC voltmeter shows voltage but not for the position selected. Looks like a mix of readings for the rectifier positions. 20230313_Mi-24P_DC_voltmeter_behavior.trk

"Breaks on controls indicator window always ON." This is part of the known issues list in the bug section. -

Way over rotation speed, tires popped... the debris shattered the canopy or your co-pilot punctured it with the emergency hammer to get out and leave you as fast as possible -
To the left, nothing and there is no more position to the right. What I noticed after creating this thread was, that it shows voltage readings, when main engine generators are online and rectifiers are switched on. In this case it shows the same as the two rectifier positions before.
-
Hello, as the title says. Having the APU running and the DC voltmeter selector on the AI-9V position, the voltmeter doesn't show any voltage. Selecting accumulator or bus positions will show respective voltage. AI-9V amperemeter is showing current and no load on the accumulator amperemeters, so they are getting charged from the APU gen. I'm on stable version but could also check on OB if needed. DCS/2.8.1.34667

Feedback Thread AJS-37 Viggen - Update 10th March 2023
gulredrel replied to IronMike's topic in DCS: AJS37 Viggen
Thanks for the update and constantly improving. Like the tertiary air hatch now being implemented. I think you need to review either the manual or the operation conditions. From the manual, don't know which of the conditions are connected with OR or AND: My experiences so far using MT OB: - being in Zone 1 AB, hatch closes when going faster than Mach 0.6, not 0.65 as described above (of course gear retracted position) - hatch keeps closed in Zone 2 and 3 of AB (of course gear retracted position) - closed hatch with reverse thruster engaged, has been stated above, looks like a bug -

Anyone notice this in the latest OB? This is cool!

I've seen the fuzing options too. But as I understand, weapons are a core game ED thing. Haven't found something in the patch notes looking for "fuz". Nice to have the option, but as I'm no expert in this, I would need some more information in general. Is the fuze type a combination of nose and tail fuze on dumb bombs or can nose be a different fuze type than tail... -
looks like this has been fixed in today's OB update DCS/2.8.3.37556 It's much smoother now. Thanks IFE.

Still an issue in OB update DCS/2.8.3.37556 today. -4.5 / +7 g bump during taxiing back to parking space at Kobuleti. 20230310_MB339_test_g-spike_blackout_taxi.trk
