For me neither, but there are no clues in the logs, so this is the culprit. As today's update was just a Campaign update, we need to wait a bit longer.

Just a guess, but maybe worth a try. Your user folder contains German Umlaut ö. Could you try a different username, so that the saved games folder path will not contain special characters? Best regards Jens

Noticed this step down sound while shutting down the -A couple of minutes ago. Has this been acknowledged as a problem?! Add me to the club. Also frequently getting the application hanging at "spawn objects" when loading mission from ME since December. Tried repair but nothing helped, also removed only mod (A-4E) that I had installed. Alt + Tab in and out often helps to get going but not every time. Currently loading stopped again at "World Start" edit: Same mission without changing anything started just fine after closing and re-opening DCS. Totally random to me as to when and why this happens. In the log file you can just see the idle time when between waiting, using alt + tab and then it resumes. Nothing special in between.

First, thanks for providing the additional skins for the remastered F-5. Tested with DCS/2.9.12.5336. Three notes I need to make: 1. all three Iranian skins lack the textures for the intake covers: 2. all three Iranian skins lack the textures for the tail pipe covers: 3. SEA Camo skin shows the red stars on the tail pipe covers. As only the Aggressor Skins show this, it's not intended to be that way Track lists all planes as static aircraft on the ramp with all the skins. 20250122_F5E_skins_Iran_covers_no_texture.trk

Is the new SEA camo supposed to have the red stars on the exhaust pipe covers? Would better fit only for the Aggressor schemes / MiG-28.

Thanks for posting this. Just a guess, but would explain some ILS inconsistencies I experienced in the past in various modules. So better stick to one map within one DCS session.

Hello, I placed some helicopters at Palmachim with the option "takeoff from ramp". At mission start, they are facing north and not in the direction how the parking location is oriented. Or for the player helicopter facing in the direction to the first waypoint. Shouldn't the orientation be in the direction of the marked parking location? I can manually adjust when setting "takeoff from ground" and selecting the correct initial heading: Would be great when the orientation would be automatically set. Thanks Jens

Enjoyed the SA winter textures with a low standing sun. Great addition. Question regarding AI B-52, will there be some more liveries? I know the model is an H and didn't flew in Vietnam, but combined with F-4 or other Cold War era jets it would be great to have some SEA camo on the plane.
