You know your own altitude (MSL, for ONH look in your briefing) and you know the target altitude (MSL, altitude @F10 Map).

pitch axis and roill axis too sensitive

Same for me. -
If I understand correctly, the altimeter in the F1 is not there to set the target altitude (as it is in the Viggen, for example). There is no targeting computer that needs this information. Instead, you calculate it yourself. The setting range of the altimeter is also not nearly large enough to be able to set all possible target altitudes.

At the end of 1968 the first A-7E conducted it's first flight. So it's not clearly a 1980s (or even 1990s) bird.

This is because the thrust lever counts the distance between idle and cutoff. In the airplane, the end is at idle, although the throttle "thinks" it is at cutoff. The first ~10% is the path from cutoff to idle. Aerges would only have to limit the axis to idle and cover the rest of the way via a "switch". And btw. I have also a problem with the Pitch. When pitching up, the last few centimeters are not recognized. I.e. at about 85-90% pitch up on my physical stick, the virtual stick in the aircraft is already at 100%. Pitch down it is not so pronounced. There is only at maybe 95%+ end.

I just don't see the point of fundamentally disbelieving what developers say. And that's the last thing I'm going to say about it.

Because of EA...

We should not forget the A-7

We will get a F-8J (under development)

Most maps are considerably larger than 300km x 300km. Only the two ww2 maps (Channel and Normandy) are about the same size or smaller (Normandy 460km x 185km; Channel 240km x 100km). But there one is usually on the way with propeller planes... A Vietnam map with a size of 300km x 300km would be clearly too small. EDIT --->

I would not like additional knobs that do not exist in the real aircraft. Then rather an option (in the special options) to set the amount automatically (similar to the Mirage 2000C).

Ich hänge mich jetzt mal aus dem Fenster und behaupte, dass wir das "ob" längst weit hinter uns gelassen habe und nur noch das "wann" offen ist

fixed [FIXED] Help Me, Alternators failing!

Never got it restarted... -
I just stick to the normal procedures "After Start" (point 4) for T/O, even if I'm slick Of course, I don't have a "real" F1 manual at hand, only the one that comes with the module.

Du hast 4240l internen Tank oder max. 7650l mit externen Tanks. Also ~1137 pro ext. Tank. So läßt sich recht einfach eine Liste erstellen, auf was man den Anzeiger stellen muß (ohne ext. Tank, mit 1,2 oder 3 Tanks). Zu den Limits, siehe Handbuch Seite 117

You're starting (and landing) the F1 with full flaps.

I don't look at the speed, I look at the AoA, glideslope marker (3°) and the flight path marker. The speed results from this automatically. If this speed is higher or lower, than the manual says, ok. But the differences are not really big (for me lower than 10-15 knots)...

"Sedenion" said, it's hard to land. "Either you touch the ground hard way, or you touch at high speed and have hard time to stop before the end of runway." But if you use the given markes, it's quite easy to land it smoothly (with a little bit of practice).
