Found an answer for me in an unrelated forum. Turn Areo in Win7 ON. Turn off game vsync and leave it on in NVIDIA Control Panel. (Should already be running Run full screen mode via Alt - Enter Running Aero left me with some minor stuttering, but the tearing is GONE.

I've been waiting to "visit" 3 sites in the NTTR area. My dad's grave, and two homes. While the major roads are right, and some feeder roads I was surprised to find added streets and weird twists that make no sense. His house is there, but the roads to it are only vaguely as they should be. The Veteran's Memorial in Boulder City has all the right roads, but instead of the lawns and small buildings, it is a business park. Big buildings. They went to the effort to place buildings, but I guess it was done on an interpolated map, with reference to a real map for major structures only. Not really a problem, but I was really looking forward to sending a pic of my step mom's house to her from the Mustang's cockpit.

Yes, you can adjust the ammo type load-out in SP. Not sure of a MP server can make changes to its files available to aircraft logging in.

After NINE hours, I come home from work --- about 20% downloaded. Said screw it and cancelled out to http. Now I'm getting 17MB/s. Don't know what happened, but I'm "flying" now.

On the same track. Coming in straight means having to slow rate of decent to almost nothing, and giving some forward stick the moment the mains touch. Doable but hard. I like the three wheel landing.

Similar to shooters on the line comparing weapons - most guns out-shoot their operators. Most planes are beyond the max skill of their pilots. As much as the K4 eats Mustangs, I have to say that its Mustang pilots that are at fault.

Yessir! I get the whole delayed gratification and money-for-prerelease thing, BUT, it's a game. RL is enough of a bitch without getting all tweaked about a GAME. These guys work for peanuts and have to produce to get paid. I dare any complainer to go do it yerseff. "But I paid money!" Yes, with an understanding of how things are in this part of the world. I'd rather have a few issues, and wait a lil while for this and that AND still get to enjoy my game. I have few problems with how it plays, and just look at my rig! It's PEANUTs compared to most. Perspective, gents. Keep yer focus on things that matter and enjoy yourselves. If you have to back of some of the tech while they iron it out, or revert to an earlier version, go for it. She'll be right soon enough.

I'd love to see some better fuel. What are the odds? I'm UPDATING now, :D Maybe something sweet coming our way?

What time are the contests? Which server? I'd like to check my ping, which is usually too high per the rules.

Great prince on the RAM. I use it without issues. I run a EVGA GTX 750Ti vid card. It pulls all its power from the bus. No card edge power requirements at all. Runs cool and quiet. I do get close to max memory usage on it, but it hasn't died.

I've leaned towards a bomb from the beginning. I know we can't get political on this, but the party claiming responsibility had motive and opportunity. I think it was loaded on with the service carts and stores in the rear of the plane. A luggage bomb would have taken the wings and central tank.

We'll need to scour the countryside on foot looking for it.
