  1. Related to this, anyone know what .dds file is used for the A-10C II numbers?
  2. Screenshot and track attached. NVG_HMCS_Blur.trk
  3. Here's a track. First run I fire the laser and the GBU-54 goes bonkers (follow it and you'll see it pitch up when laser on), second run I let it guide without laser and it hits the target. GBU-54_Laser_Problems.trk
  4. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=288088 The L reverts to 1111 after eo off. The fastest way to rectify it now I think is to reload the mavericks in the inv page.
  5. Probably. It’s never as simple as ”look at this camera footage” when it comes to HUDs, red dot/holographic sights and stuff like that.
  6. Not saying you can't hit telephone poles with it. Just now you have a choice.
  7. At certain distances the MWS cameras in the nose become transparent so you can see the terrain through them.
  8. It seems as if HMCS is on the wrong side of the ”blur layer” when wearibg NVGs. Cockpit elements (canopy rail, cockpit sides, so on) will blur HMCS icons when wearing NVGs.
  9. I see have wildly different approaches to DCS lol
  10. I’d love to see all items that can be loaded on the A-10 brought to the same level of fidelity as the latest weapons. For example the SUU-25 pod, and the ALQ pods. The AGM-65s, GBUs and rockets all look fantastic but these other ones are showing their age.
  11. My two cents is the hud is perfect now.
  12. I can’t seem to save mine. I have to redo it every mission start. That normal?
  13. So I've found some weird behavior of the GBU-54. If you drop it above 10000 feet without laser on it will guide just fine with GPS/INS. If you drop it above 10000 feet and turn the laser on immediately it will pitch up and lose all tracking (both GPS/INS and Laser) and glide away until it finally hits the ground. If you drop it above 10000 feet and turn the laser on a couple of seconds before impact (when the GBU-54 is well below 10000 feet) it will not guide in on the laser. If you drop it below 10000 feet it will follow the laser just fine. Anyone else seeing the same? Edit: After some more testing I have seen the GBU-54 pitch up and lose guidance in some instances even below 10000 feet.
  14. Oh no it’s back. This bug is old. Try setting chimney smoke to 0, remove metashaders and fxo folders. Even though you do this and it works the problem might be back the next time you start DCS. This bug won’t show up on a track file as its a graphics bug.
  15. Yes! Thank you!
  16. Also if my etyes don’t betray me, the TAD is no longer crooked.
  17. Thanks alot, I’ll check it out!
  18. Does anyone have a working script that writes shot/shooting start events to the DCS log? I'm trying to find out names for weapons for eventhandlers but I can't for the life of me get it to work. Or is there a list of all the weapons? Cheers!
  19. Wrong forum, please delete.
  20. Whenever I turn off and then on the seeker on AGM-65L it forgets its laser code. It starts out with 1688 but it shows 1111 efter EO on again. DSMS shows 1688 and if I hit load on the DSMS inventory page the missile gets 1688 again. Until I turn EO off, then its back to 1111.
  21. Put four hours into the A-10C II today and I feel I have to pinch myself to make sure I’m not dreaming. After all those ”will never happens” we’re here with HMCS. Over Syria on top of that. Just amazing.
  22. How do you make an eventhandler to get the weapon code?
  23. I’d love to be able to adjust the position of the HMCS ”frame”. I keep my view a bit down so if I could adjust the HMCS ”frame” a bit up it would feel perfect for me, whereas it feels a bit low now.
  24. Yeah that’s low key great news!
