Good afternoon. If you damage your center fuel tank, it goes red in the SMS. I landed, rearmed my weapons and removed the fuel tank. Waited for rearming to finish. Then rearmed again and added fuel tank again to be sure its a full one (I dont trust DCS to refuel my tank :P ) After updating the DTC, inserting and loading it again, the fuel tank is still red in the SMS.

Same for me. No issue here. If you use the button to go back in to INTC mode (BVR) you are out of DGFT mode.

Its not it strong suit, agreed, but I would not go as far and say its not up to the standard. There are better textured planes out there, but its not bad as in a major flaw of the module.

Can sorta confirm this behaviour, had the same from cold start.

I.. dont think it can be used exactly like the Growler, its more just that it looks like one but still the pods retain their function of a single pod..

Mine did not work at first either after putting both 20 CH and 20 FL for bingo values on the ground. Figured it was broken somehow, so did not bother, then later in flight, I tried making both values zero, then SEQ and then it did work, also when I put the bingo values back to 20 it kept on working.

I did not say your opinion is useless, just the way you express it. The 'I have been in the business so obviously I know better' strategy also does not really work on the internet. There is plenty to be criticized but what often lacks is constructivism and reason. This is just being salty. And the quote 'If you cant stand EA, dont buy EA' also applies to you if you cant come up with more then what you have been spitting out so far.

It is worth half off, yes. There are issues and room for improvement, but its not as doomsday as some people like to make it look. There are postive things about it aswell, which twicedead has summed up very nicely.

If of all people Wags states he would like to do something, Im pretty sure its a little more then just a personal wish, he knows he cant say something like that without people getting excited etc. I guess the only thing preventing it from happening really is if the sales of the Ka50 upgrade are not worth it, in other words they did not sell enough copies compared to the work they put in. Also wishing and feeling like a module ´needs´ something is pretty much the same thing, in a different wrapper. The N-variant seems to be the perfect candidate for an upgrade the same way the Ka50 gets it; free textures and model upgrade, paid additional features/weapons/equipment. The Brazilian variant is most likely a bit too much of the good stuff.

I'm sure that if the Ka-50 paid upgrade part is worth it for ED, they will consider such thing for the F-5 aswell, maybe upgrading it to an F-5N standard or something as ridiculous as the Brazilian F-5 variant which supposedly can carry Mavericks :D

Get one of the big ticket modules if you want to have a real taste of what DCS can offer. So that would be the Hornet, Viper, Hog or Tomcat. It will keep you more then occupied for the coming time if you are a beginner. I'd also recommend against buying CA as a beginner, it does not add that much value.

As soon as you have Easy Comms unchecked, this applies to pretty much every full fidelity aircraft. So also the A-10C, Hornet etc. So if you run into it with another module; same deal. Look for the Mic Switch or Transmit Switch for the corresponding radio :)
