yep, apparently it has something to do with the wind. a GBU12 has a CEP of 1m at 10knots according to some sources. in DCS the GBU12 has a CEP of 4-6m at 10knots wind. this in combination with moving targets = miss

I can't say for sure if it is, but it seems that the bomb flies a slight offset all the time, if it was looking directly as soon as the laser is seen, which shouldn't be a problem, it would hit the target on final flight. offset.zip.acmi So the question is whether this offset is intended and whether these are the limits of GBU12? But the GBU12 has a CEP of 1m in DCS and can pull ~3,2G so where does this offset come from?

where do you get this info and how do you know this is correct for what we see ingame? and how is it to be Interpreting if the SD 10 just draws more than 30G? similar with the Aim120 42G

Do not rely on the Lua file, best you test the whole thing.

I mean there is a report of a F15 that threw a GBU10 at a Mi24 that climbed and flew 100knots fast. that's pretty good.

I totally agree with you that is also what I would like to see. and this is what I mean, the implementation of a correct DM for ships is more difficult than simply increasing the value of the weapon and therefore I find the solution as a transition better until the DM of the ships is ready. because at the moment you just can't use the Harpoon against ships like the Moskva and similar which is sad

One thing about the vibration and please correct me if I'm confusing things. there are some video recordings from inside and outside of the KA-52 where you can already observe a lot of virbrations that we now have ingame. When I look at irl recordings of the Apache, the whole thing is much quieter.

yes but the main point to this aspect was that it is not a small nuke when it hits land, the AOE is not overdone. ↓ apart from that it doesn't matter in the end, we all agree that the damage of the RB15 is more plausible than what the Harpoon is doing at the moment and it would be desirable that the Harpoon gets similar characteristics.

man kann damit arbeiten, aber in hektischen Situationen wäre der PT doch schon sehr praktisch. aber kommt ja zum glück auch noch.

ah i see it looks like the impact of the first Maverick destroys the 2 due to the AOE damage. is that what you mean? there are such cases in DCS also with bombs that if you drop a few only one bomb arrives because the 2 was already destroyed by the AOE damage

If we are talking about the same command centre. With the right setting, I only needed 2 gbu31 pen bombs to destroy it. But I'll check it later again

Und hätte ja sein können das du die news nicht gelesen hast, dass es offiziell da steht ist ja schon ein kleines Zeichen das es nicht mehr sooo lange dauern kann. Denn das ist es was deine frage auch impliziert, wie lange es wohl noch dauern mag bis das fcr endlich da ist.

99-100% of the current servers have the option off, so at the moment you can use DICE and Edit the CMD lua without any problems. You only need to restart the game after a server change. and as BN said a tweak is on the way.
