  1. Thanks so much! I’m glad you liked it and that it made you a better Phantom driver
  2. Once you complete the previous part
  3. OK, I'll see if I can add one You're supposed to land at the pad. Tricky? You bet. Welcome to 'Nam
  4. In the meantime you can hit shift R to reload
  5. Looks like it’s a general dcs bug
  6. I just told you there is. The message history menu. You see e.g. Jester’s last call was ‘stab augs’ then uou open the kneeboard and see what you need to do with them (engage) and do it. But Jester’s calls remain on screen too, for 1000 seconds.
  7. Yes, you didn’t click on something you should have clicked on. Without the screenshot that’s all I can say.
  8. Can you send me a screenshot that I asked for in the ‘if you get stuck’ thread please? The F-86 is waiting for you to finish your checklists but without a screenshot of the message history I cannot guess what you missed. In any case Jester is calling out the checklist items, it’s also on your kneeboard and the doc folder .
  9. Yeah, I just tested, the F-4 AI is completely broken when it comes to ground attack. I have 4-5 pending reports about it, I've just added this one too. Let's hope they'll sort this mess out, because in the mission editor I can tell the AI what I want it to do, but I cannot change the AI core code.
  10. I haven’t seen it but right now there are many problems with the AI’s lack of ability to attack ground targets in general. ED needs to fix it, there’s no way around it unfortunately
  11. @[ED]Ben any updates on this please? Icon settings ignored when a mission is loaded by a trigger.
  12. Woah woah…I keep my campaigns 100% compatible at all times with the latest update. I even keep improving them to the best of my knowledge. When you get stuck it’s easy to say the campaign is bugged but it’s most often just a user mistake. the soldier is blocking your lead from takeoff so that he waits for you to finish the takeoff checklist - jester is calling out the items and it’s also on your kneeboard. On the screenshot the wings are not 20 auto as per the checklist so Jester is waiting for a reply (by setting the wings to 20 auto)
  13. UPDATE: ED fine tuned something on the AI that may have been the culprit. I personally haven't seen this issue since the last update but it doesn't mean it's gone. I'm hopeful though, fingers crossed. Let me know if you still see it.
  14. That sounds unusual, make sure you uninstall all your unofficial mods and run a slow repair
  15. It depends on many things, your heading, pitch, altitude, I can’t guarantee you’ll see those contacts and I can’t set up an extra dozen or so voice overs based on what you see because the mission cannot predict that.
  16. You also need to get that beer to me
  17. Only the intro pdf is, see first post
  18. https://forum.dcs.world/topic/356351-tasks-not-loadingcausing-the-mission-to-automatically-quit/?do=findComment&comment=5506273
  19. Roll to the outside, and try to maintain visual as much as you can. You usually need a lag roll when you pull the pipper on and realize it's not a good firing position, so you're likely not in lag pursuit anymore
  20. No, you don't need manual freqs. Jester automatically switches to the preset channel. You're pressing the wrong transmit button. Also make sure that 'easy comms' is unchecked in your settings.
  21. @[ED]Ben this is what I mentioned before - sometimes for some users the load mission trigger just ends it all
  22. No, it's not a campaign problem, it's a switchology problem. You need to call the tanker on the correct radio. You have 2 transmit buttons in the cockpit, if the back radio is set to the tanker but you call using the front raido, he won't respond.
  23. The old flight model has a weaker engine I think, so reverting with the missions recalibrated for the new one wouldn't be a good idea unless you like challenges
  24. Hey, congratulations on graduating! Well done. And thanks so much for sharing your experience and the wonderful screenshots. Which one was your favorite hop? I also recommend reading "Scream of Eagles" - it has much more details about the course than Yank's book.
