  1. All that is theory, and need to be take with a grain of salt, with these sort of graph, the DCS F14 is a better dogfighter than the DCS mirage 2000. (ahahah..) Our french pilot pilot have said, how esay it was to beat the big, heavy F14 in dogfight (in real life), go figure
  2. No falsified record, sorry, you don't like it, i know If you want falsification, take a look at the documents you are spreading since so many years, to manipulate people, with good succes, i can say :). And this end up with R27ER/ET and r77, better range and aerodynamic (i mean, in real life)
  3. How do you explain, than in real life Mig29 outclassed F16, f18 in dogfight, and in DCS it's the contrary. We are not talking about numbers here, but facts. https://www.16va.be/mig-29_experience.htm
  4. yes I know the propaganda and the biased assumptions of US pilots, I also know about the falsified (for marketing purpose) documents about the supposed performances of some US aircrafts, but the only serious proof is real fight. https://www.16va.be/mig-29_experience.htm "But when all that is said and done, the MiG-29 is a superb fighter for close-in combat, even compared with aircraft like the F-15, F-16 and F/A-18. This is due to the aircraft’s superb aerodynamics and helmet mounted sight. Inside ten nautical miles I’m hard to defeat, and with the IRST, helmet sight and ‘Archer’ I can’t be beaten. Period. Even against the latest Block 50 F-16s the MiG-29 is virtually invulnerable in the close-in scenario. On one occasion I remember the F-16s did score some kills eventually, but only after taking 18 ‘Archers’. We didn’t operate kill removal (forcing ‘killed’ aircraft to leave the fight) since they’d have got no training value, we killed them too quickly. (Just as we might seldom have got close-in if they used their AMRAAMs BVR!) They couldn’t believe it at the debrief, they got up and left the room!" "They might not like it, but with a 28deg/sec instantaneous turn rate (compared to the Block 50 F-16's 26deg) we can out-turn them. Our stable, manually controlled airplane can out-turn their FBW aircraft. But the real edge we have is the ‘Archer’ which can reliably lock on to targets 45deg off-boresight.
  5. F16 outrates Mig29 and F18 outrates F16 ..... hihihihi, this sim is so funny.... DCS : F18>F16>Mig29 Real life : Mig29>f-16>F18 Funny isn't it... Correct, in DCS a good F-16 drivers can't beat a good F-18 driver in BFM
  6. Why do you wait for BS3 ? It's nothing more than BS2. Oh ... i forgot, you will have a new page on Abris for MWS, and 2 Iglas, ahahah, ..that's all.
  7. ...fixed someday !!, this issue is since BS1
  8. You are right, but we all want the best for our JF-17 . And thanks to DEKA for these new AG modes.
  9. I looked at a video of grim Reaper about F-18 EXP modes and you can detect a static goup of vehicule, not possible With JF-17 Now in GMT mode, it's near to impossible to detect moving targets, it's seems that static objects are not filtered.
  10. OK, thx Flappie.
  11. Hello Flappie, Yes this one. Sorry didn't see the thread. Did you think it will be fixed for BS3 ?
  12. Will the trim bug (same as mi24) be fixed for BS3. It's an old bug, since 2007
  13. It was in 2002, certainly against F-14D Super tomcat, flown by pilots from USS Theodore Roosevelt and C. Stennis.
  14. Good question. In DCS, some are overperforming, like F-18 and F14 (i remember reading french pilot telling how easy it was to win a dogfight vs the big F14), and some are underperforming, like Mig-29. Why ? mmmh.. i have some ideas, but....
  15. Correct.
  16. No, it does not work. Do this test: take a 45 ° turn, and as you turn, trim the hind, and see what happens. It will overtrim.
  17. You are right, it's very sad, but they know that many are very grateful to them That's the most important. When you give something with your heart and dedication, it's never useless.
  18. You just have to look at the state and realism of ED missiles since flanker and you have your answer
  19. Not more than americans to say the less. Your reasoning is very ....strange. F-16 is combat proven and has kills, f-22 is not. Does that means that f-16 is better than F-22 ? With your reasoning, the answer is : yes To compare missiles efficiency in combat they need to be launched in the exact same conditions, and this will never happend, then, no way to compare objectively the missiles. All is pure speculation, with datas that countries want (or don't want) to disclose, for propanganda or marketing purpose. Now ask yourself a question. Why we have so much informations about US hardware and not so much about french, russian or chinese hardware ? If you have the good answer, taht will help you to better understand things. Sure
  20. Are you talking about this one ? “Evidence shows that PAF launched 4+ AMRAAMs against the Sukhois during this engagement. What is less known is how the MKIs counterattacked,” Joshi tweeted. Joshi said one group of four F-16s fired a total of three Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAMs) against the Su-30MKI fighters and all missed. ...... Joshi said one of the Sukhoi jets managed to evade a fourth AMRAAM." Not bad for the AMRAAM AMRAAM has only easy kill agaisnt defensless aircrafts, all missiles (like r-77) would have do the same. In fact AMRAAM is the worst MODERN missile of the world. Meteor, PL-15 an r-77M are better missiles, be sure.
  21. sylkhan

    DTT mode

    It works, thx Uboat.
  22. sylkhan

    DTT mode

In DTT mode, the 2 missiles seems to track the same target. Bug ?
  23. Not fixed (only partially)
  24. Understandable for HB, their F-14 is pure arcade ,FM, radar immune vs ECM, aim-54 better than METEOR :), i am curious to see how will be our french Meteor
