  1. That looks like 3D Stereoscopic is enabled somewhere in your Nvidia control panel? I dont have the 3D Stereoscopic drivers installed myself, so cant tell you where exactly this would be located.
  2. FC3 modules have no where near the 3D model (cockpit and external), shaders (cockpit especially) and system complexity. F-5E runs 'fast' too for example, like a FC3 module. Mirage has pretty good performance too. F-18 and F-14 are performance hogs.
  3. Eagle and Phantom too. Legend has it, that if you remove it, the entire plane just comes apart :D
  4. A great set of setups displayed in this thread  That must be propaganda though, cause I dont believe everybody has it that neat and tidy 24/7 :)
  5. Great guide MD-44, thank you .
  6. Ah bummer. Maybe some day DCS will allow it, cause it sure would add an extra dimension to carrier operations. Thank you so much for giving it a go .
  7. Indeed. Tomcat has that feature which is really handy.
  8. Ah yes of course, you can assign a trigger to the carrier. Simple always does it
  9. Its what ever the host has in the game settings (not mission settings), so if host has Wake turbulence on, then its on for everybody.
  10. Hmm, would this work with statics on a carrier? Thinking having one set for launch operations and another for recovery. So when calling inbound, or just a trigger somewhere, and it swaps to recovery layout.
  11. Wouldnt expect anything until after the updated cockpit model anyway.
  12. For what its worth, Dubai police has 14 supercars in their fleet, one of which is the Veyron. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4347180/Dubai-police-Bugatti-Veyron-fastest-cop-car-world.html
  13. Yea same here, 3 years even before I signed up here and made my first post. Had been lurking in the shadows of the forum for those 3 years though. Have to highlight that the MP time I spend, is more a co-op type with friends. Its rare that I venture in to the public server arena.
  14. Make sure save user snap views is enabled in your options. When in cockpit: 1. / and * on numpad adjusts FOV (some call it zoom). 2. RCTRL+RSHIFT / and * on numpad moves view for/aft. 3. RCTRL+RSHIFT 8 and 2 on numpad moves view up/down. 4. 8 and 2 on numpad pitches view up and down. 4. When happy with your view/FOV, save it with RALT+0 on numpad. Thats what I do now on single monitor, and what I did back in the day when I used a 3 monitor setup. Edit: Oh, and if you have Track IR, make sure to pause it before adjusting view.
  15. I play both, and Id say 2/3 to 3/4 of the time is spent in SP.
  16. How much is shared between the AV8B and F-15E actually? Id imagine quite a bit, since they both are MD?
  17. Fantastic news. Looking forward to give it all a try .
  18. Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum: Aircraft of the Month Currently 29 famous and less known aircraft of the month on the channel.
  19. Normally I would just put this in the video thread, but this gentleman has flown so many different planes, it really deserves more visibility. Hellcats to Tomcats and just a hole array of airframes in between, including the F-86, F-4, F-5, F-104 just to name a few. Plus he flew one of the MiG-28's in Top Gun. Just a great interview. Here is his complete list: http://www.epnaao.com/BIOS_files/REGULARS/Cassidy-%20Thomas%20J.pdf
  20. Ah cool, thx for the headsup
  21. From Wiki: Using Normandy map, this could be made into some interesting single missions, or mini campaign, for either side really.
