  1. I adapted. But since the request is an option to inverse it, then both camps will be satisfied, and thats a +1 from me.
  2. I have no tin foil, but will bananas do?
  3. A single F-14 livery is around 160-180mb, and 23 of them (the F-14 livery folder) is 3.8gb. And if you check custom liveries, then above 200mb usually, and even some at 400mb (complete new set of roughness files).
  4. And just the sheer size of that data transfer when ever you set foot in a popular public server. Liveries in DCS are huge, and often copious. 23 F-14 liveries, 3.8Gb 29 MiG-21 liveries, 5.8Gb Can also be made smaller, 23 random F/A-18C liveries, 813mb. 11 Mirage 2000C liveries, 244mb Should give a good idea of potential large data transfers, when joining a server.. and disc space.
  5. Jump 5 minutes into this one, to see the camera at work.
  6. In your game options -> Gameplay -> Editor Icon Style, choose Russia.
  7. Yes https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=247681
  8. In short. Set fuze to 'Nose and Tail' to use the bombs (SE and Y) as retarded.
  9. Its happening on many of the old low poly AI models. A shared texture was changed but the given models mapping wasnt, I guess.
  10. Entering waypoints/coordinates manually works fine though. Its only the map mark translation that is off atm.
  11. Dont know if the Harpoons are even intended for surfaced subs, but I just fired a wing full and well, almost. Tracked perfectly, but all four missiles passed over the sub. Code brown for who ever was on watch that morning, hehe.
  12. Not exactly always, they just attached the wrong ones. But look here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/screenshots/
  13. As much as I like those news, Ill just put that -5 in drawer along with the Sea Harrier, MiG-23 and F-15E for now.
  14. Repost from reddit:
  15. and a great video on the TARPS pod
  16. Oh right, F-14 with the TARPS pod.
  17. RF-5E Tiger eye. Its a interchangeable nose, so we almost have it.
  18. Because I have 'A' fetish.
  19. Its the mission year for me. Had two missions, one set in 1987 the other in 1989. Was doing my head in as to why I couldnt align the Hornet, carrier and land. Waited up to 5 min before switching to Nav. Worked fine for me earlier on Persian Gulf (2019), but not in the those two 87 and 89 Caucasus missions. Then switched the 1987 one to 1997, and voila. After timer hitting 1m30 in the align, I switch to Nav and boom, map. Also, not only a missing map issue. It had no idea where it was. Setting a waypoint would be 384nm away (was 100nm away), and wrong direction too, when it was 1987.
  20. Well Merry Christmas. Thank you Santa Chuck
