Hi, i run it at 1680x1080 which is far better than HDTV. I think you are far better off with a GTX470 video card and a good size LCD Monitor. Just my opinion though:D

It is short for abeam or at your side the 3 or 9 position on the clock relative to your heading at 12. if you look out past you wing tip and see an object then that object is abeam your plane or you are beaming the object. That is my best guess.:smartass:

great fun thanks for the miz. here is my track, what I did was split the throttles and flew most of the approach on the #2 eng to counter the wind vane effect and I tried to slip onto the rwy at the last second but it did not work that well. I have exactly the same problem, it seems like the pitch trim up/down increments are too large. If I click trim up 1 single click I am climbing and if I do a single click down trim I am slowly diving and this with keeping a steady speed of say 220. The only cure I have found is to use the auto pilot and then it will fly straight and level. My controller is the Hotas Warthog.

From my own experience I had problems with my crossfire setup using 2 1 gig 5770's, so I took them out and put in a single 1 gig Nvidia gtx 460 and have not had any problems since. I noticed if you do search around for a bit there is a few folks who are having problems with ATI. The cards I think are ok but it is drivers that are the problem. I had big graphic issues with ArmaII when I was using ATI also. So I am sticking with Nvidia :thumbup:

I find it rather odd that Win7 is the most predominate OS people use for games. I remember reading of FPS test done on a lot of shooter type games were Win 7 was a tiny bit faster maybe by 1 to 5 fps more but it just did not justify spending a 100+ for a new OS that still has teething problems with things as simple as printer drivers. Well it just goes to show what I know...:( I guess it is back to:book:
