Actually i think the higher numbers are for higher weights off a carrier . Are you starting cold ? You'll want to press your FCS reset and takeoff trim buttons before takeoff . Bit page should show 12 on horiz stabs and 30 on verticals .The nose does rotate on it's own , but you won't break ground until 150-ish depending on load . I often fly with full internal fuel , 2 mk82's 2 sidewinders , a couple of amramms , a targeting pod and 4 mavs , and the aircraft flies itself off nicely . Flaps up at +100 feet and gear up before 250 knots . You should NOT have to touch the pitch trim until landing .

Torrenting was the normal download mode . ED switched to http a few days ago . Sounds like they are back to torrenting . The "cancel" button should switch you to http mode . Use at your own risk as there is no way of knowing what else they might have changed !

I have FC3 , which i know came with instant action missions . I do not know if the stand-alone FC3 modules do or not . I would try the mission editor & see if you can create a simple mission with the f-15 there . If not , i'd open a support ticket .

I did , after waiting 2+ months for a fix , and it broke Vaicom-again . Building a new pc , so i think i'll wait until it is done before dealing with DCS again .

Likely because you have not installed it . Check your module manager (checkerbord icon at top of DCS opening page - not the vr hangar ) . You install from there .

You'll need extra space for dowloading/unpacking updates. And more maps and modules are coming . I'd go for 240/256 gb MINIMUM . And no , this is not a "spending other peoples money" thing - i just ordered a 1tb for a new build that is only for DCS and supporting programs . (if they fix it) or a couple of other sims if they don't .

Yes , because it preloads shaders/ textures before drawing a frame . The developers of that civilian sim that implemented it made a presentation on YT . I'll see if i can find it .

Afaik , only NCP setting that works in DCS is "prefer maximum performance . I've seen posts referring to latency settings-dunno . And a few have claimed aa settings work , but i find these dubious .

That 2070S is a hella good card . Should continue to serve you well at 1440p . For my part , i'm factoring in VR and Vulkan's demands for more VRAM in my purchasing decision , whether RDNA2 or 30×× .
