  1. Then I will look for a 9V 1A 12W power supply, thanks. Appreciate the quick response during these tricky times.
  2. Well I have been using SSA and a Realteus Forcefeel pad for 3 years. Now I got a second hand JetSeat FSE. I didn´t reinstall the SSA software, do I need to delete the Export ? I´m having issues with the engine effect. Firstly I need to tone down the overall intensity, otherwise my whole chair shakes. I can understand the different motors and padding between the different models. However I really really need to tone down the Engine effect up to a point the vibration pattern doesn´t make any sense. Value it´s 10. Module is the Harrier. It still vibrates a lot, if value is about 8, only some motor vibrate, and lower than that, it doesn´t vibrate at all, no matter what rpm the engine is. Maybe I need a fresh install for SSA and new export file??
  3. Welcome to the dark side.
  4. Got it thx, I hadn´t opened the Gametrix software.
  5. hi everyone! is the free mod T-45 Goshawk supported? Another question: how do I enable the volume control knob from the remote? Global intensity seems to be maxed.
  6. I also put NVG controls for the extra buttons
  7. I find center stick much more comfortable, and easier to place the MFDs. With a single desk mount. Once done flying, i simply move the mount by the right side of the desk so carrying on using the computer and desk with other games, and so.
  8. you can adjust that on the fly with "RCtrl + RShift + NumPad *" and "RCtrl + RShift + NumPad /" edited to write down the proper keystroke
  9. meanwhile get a cheap external HDD for the adult thing!!!
  10. er, you need controllers to watch videos of adults doing things only adults do and dont refrain yourself of playing other titles like beat saber, eleven, pistol whip, against... long story short, you need controllers for your VR experience.
  11. I found that default calibration works fine as long as you dont enter fullscreen, something I do by pressing Alt+Enter. One key detail is the L-shape usb connector, that point musn´t handle any tension at all. Some on Discord suggested buying a small usb cable to leave it permanently attached and with some slack, so the soldering point sticks to the PCB. Enjoy
  12. the bessey clamp last time I bought one, is about 25-30€ maybe you could investigate the model Virpil is using for their new desk mounts, which could be a middle ground price wise great project sir
  13. I think you could use or adapt "quick release" bolts used on aluminium extrusion cockpits
  14. Yes it is.
  15. Reckhorn I think are the minimum. Take also a look at srs shakeit kit, it's a pad with 4 shakers plug and play, and of course Andre Jetseat with 8 shakers What's your plan for attaching them? Left right? Front back?
  16. I think it's the same handbrake model I used for mine. What I did that improved the feeling a lot is adding a motorbike steering damper, it's cheap, friction is easy to adjust and keeps the collective in place with no hands. Mine so far durante have any electronics besides the Hal sensor axis for collective axis. Great work. The silicone handling is a great addon, mine is the raw bar metal.
  17. I built mine with a USB simracing handbrake, no videos though I will check those videos for more ideas, thx!
  18. Also you have to placed to sensor over your headset at a certain position of the edge of the cover, to maximize the sensor Trackin working angle
  19. Being honest, it's quite tempting. Good luck with the sale!!
  20. Winwing takeoff panel has what you are asking for.
  21. Ey, what do you use the small programable keyboard by your left vertical side for? Comms? Cold start switches? I own two of them
  22. In my case the second stage trigger feels clacky, other than that, very happy.
  23. I concur, the VR pilot looks fantastic and great inmersion booster. When I take out my headset, and come back to the sim moments later, my VR needs to be recentered. In those moments Im scared by the Sleepy Hollow fighter pilot lol
  24. I´m a noob, however check you have the proper altimeter setting done, and that you are flying radar altimeter on. Set your ALOW warning to 450. With that settings, when you are in the middle of your final turn, with just 90º left to BRC, your warning alt tone should sound. It´s set that way so you have a confirmation your sink rate is good without keeping your eyes of the HUD.
