  1. ah, indeed  another 3 letter word :) yeah, ▲ my excitement came too quick and sudden :D but the reason is the same: smarter AI brain :bounce:
  2. AI BFM ? ?? oh, what does the 'B' mean, that's not in the product terms (maybe AI-Brain-Flight Model ?) :D http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=122801
  3. yeah, just seen this:
  4. so, will Wags show a new video today ? when ? at what exact time ?
  5. has been remarked here http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2357939&postcount=292 probably a wrong connector (wrongly rotated) cause this
  6. yeah, and probably they wont release it on the first day of september :P there will be other 29 days in that month :D
  7. yeah, Skate was right: "These maps are Commercial Property belonging to other Companies" and that's what I'm talking about AVIA owns/ordered those maps (for the engine as DCSW/EDGE), made by Smartgraf/AltWolf/Dmitry Robustov - the same team who are making NTTR and SOH maps not my project, I was just lucky to see some screenshots that screenshot is already quite old: 2 months old iirc
  8. yes, definitely when: :dunno: i don't understand why do you think those maps (what AVIA use for their simulators) will never come to DCSW if they allow, (or their contract) you will see those maps in your DCSW, on your PC it can change in the future. that's their decision sit and wait, what is true for NTTR, SOH and other future maps as well, sorry
  9. devs or some modders ? that does not matter i think you won't be surprised if AVIA will keep their maps (Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Alabama, Corsica etc.) private for all "eternity" - what is 5-6 contractual years imho and after that? who knows? i don't think many people would want to pay ($ 500-1000 per piece) for those maps you know, if the flight model of Bf-109K has cost about 120K USD, then those maps cost about 500K+ USD an average 3d modeller salary 20-30 USD/hour, a good DCS modeller/map maker salary is 2-3 times higher imho, because of the deeper and/or wider knowledge yes, something like that
  10. you will be happy - Turkey is included in those dozens
  11. afaik, there are dozens of new terrain/maps under development
  12. not released yet. it will be in a huge weapon addon pack afaik
  13. Hey Skull, you made very nice skins  but please add those rotor-blade-tip-stripe-paints to the blurry main and tail rotor blade textures as well. (and on your other skin works too) Thanks
  14. nice job Starway and Eddie
  15. pilot-landed-Spitfire-without-WHEELS http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3167226/Incredible-moment-pilot-landed-Spitfire-without-WHEELS-strong-winds-landing-gear-failed-release.html#ixzz3gQ6XfPXA
  16. yeah, sounds good seperated textures - for each building model - i'm interested in as well
  17. very easy, but it needs a perfectly arg-animated 3D model by the way: are you from Seattle, maybe from Mukilteo ? :) few images from the "what if" screenshot thread:
  18. the list will be continued some fairly new microsoft EXE what eats your CPU (probably hidden analysis/survey resources for WinX) Windows Install Compability Advisor Inventory Tool - wicainventory.exe Windows Compatibility Telemetry - compattelrunner.exe - related to windows experience http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/forums/topic/406122 Google Chrome - software_reporter_tool.exe
  19. that's why i use roads and taxiways for takeoff - there are much less crowd/traffic :D
  20. those textures are not the same what we can see in DCSW2 video, moreover there are no bump/normal maps for terrain textures in DCSW1 (except runway/taxiway textures only on new airports)
  21. ;) you know Chris: everything is possible in DCS ™
  22. RUNDLL32.exe usage is just came after i activated my windows, before activation it was not a problem (clean and original program) by te way : KB2952664 is just appeared on my windows update list right now as optional update i did it hundred times over the years with many programs and by many ways for me it's sure-fire: microsoft and google are spies in the rig (and many other products of "reliable/trusted" big names)
