Hi, I have a really strange problem, I reinstalled my Pc recently and then remapped the controls for the Spitfire. Before the reinstall all goes well for regular and clipped wing version, now the regular version work perfectly but if I load a mission (for example the quick one vs A8 on the Channel map ) with the CW version the control didn't respond and if I go in the setup all the fields are empty. Close DCS, restart and if I choose the regular version the control are ok, if I choose then CW version...same problem.... Pls Help cause I'm goign mad... Thx.

With Your build You need a better GPU, a 6800XT or a 3070. More powerful is not necessary, less and Your GPU will still be the bottleneck. A suggestion for the next campaign, Syria 1960/70, USA or Blue coalition Vs Syria/Red coalition. With the map, the wonderful skin that we have for the MiG-21/F-5, the good MiG-19, F-4 Phantom....there's plenty to have great tank battle on ground with CAS coming and great duel on air!

Last night on SOW I take on a 109....I managed to run on it, from different ranges, at least 6 burst of MG/Hispano.... He smoked first black...than black and white....then dropped one gear and.... 10 minutes guys, 10 minutes of dogfight with me traying to catch up with him and he totally defensive only trying to run...and even at full power with my Spitfire barely managed to stay with him... Trim perfect, energy management good but nothing to do...even with a lot of holes, smokes and a gear down...he fly in total tranquillity and match up my untouched Spitfire. I several time already reported that, DM for german planes need to be at least investigated cause something strange happen.

My opinion is not against ED, I'm super happy with 2.7.Nor versus mission designer, they are free to develop their mission with all the (wonderful) clouds they want.
