This is absolutely ridiculous (in a good way), fun idea making this driving tour, couldn't do the same in the caucasus map.

I just tried the missile so I haven't mastered it but after launch you should steer 45° off missile course, use aft antenna accordingly if the image gets too blurry. When on terminal approach, it was easier if the missile flight altitude was on high since the terminal approach is shallower but keep seeker head activation at at least 10 miles in that case. Then steering the missile itself on terminal was quite easy in my opinion, the real issue I think is the video quality but if I were to say what I did: I started to steer the missile down when it entered terminal phase and most importantly: before I even saw the target, this gives more time I guess. Then I placed the steering queue just slightly above the target on the vertical scale. Then I adjusted the flight on the horizontal axis to align myself on the target. Finally I steered the missile down on the target itself and did small adjustments as expected. Just my 2 cents, adapt your tactics as it suits you.

Well, I'm digital but the thing that need to be addressed is if the f15e version, will it be at all realistic with the UFC we get, basically if the f15e we're getting indeed existed at a point in time ? Does someone know something anything about this ?

Go play the training missions included with th fa18, they are excellent and really easy to follow since you learn in the plane itself instead of needing to see something from a video or a manual and trying to do the same hands on this module. They are also quite complete in my opinion though I'd recommend them mostly for starters because they don't go that deep into all the systems. So in the end I'd say dive in these training missions and then when you finished them, for additional info on systems such as the radar, the countermeasures, the targeting pod, etc... see tutorials or read the manual.

Yes that's why I asked the question just before yours concerning the plane's version, was the digital UFC a single upgrade the analog UFC f15 received at one time or was it included in a bigger package with, like you said, AESA radars, etc... ? I guess that would be important to know. Ohh and btw wasn't the f15e's role always dropping gps/ins stand off weapons ? Since it was launched did the f15e engage in any close air support role where the plane actually saw the target (like the a10c) ? I'm not that sure, it always was quite an advanced plane.

Is the modern UFC f15 and old UFC f15 still exactly the same plane, what I mean by that is did the USAF only upgrade the UFC or put in other small changes with it ?

Nice, I'm happy the AG radar and the jhmcs symbology is high up on the list. -
I'm absolutely on the hype train for the f15e, love this aircraft, may be my most wanted American aircraft for DCS. But that aside, razbam did say in a podcast if I recall, that this module may release this year, I don't know if it is the right place to seek answers but is it still feasable?

I guess we'll just have to wait, they said multiple times in the product description and in their videos that the inclined seat makes for better G tolerance, but even though they brag a lot about it, it still isn't modeled in the game after I don't know how many months. I heard from some source that somewhere at the start of 2020 they said they were working on it but still nothing... -

Yeah man, I know it sucks. I shouldn't have played or expected the campaign to fully work on OB though, thankfully you added a mission skip which came in perfectly even though I'm sad I didn't get to enjoy the rest of the mission, thanks a lot for your quick response anyway, I really appreciate it. -

Yeah, well it would be something very personal for me since I live there, but headquarters of ED are in Lausanne too so I guess it would make (a very little bit) sense but I still doubt it, well whatever, I'll keep on dreaming :P

I missed a part of the conversation but I am for working player elvators, but actually the first thing that need to be added is pushback tractors for those on deck, after that why not make it so the pushback tractor maneuvres your plane to the elevator and then parks you somewhere in the hangar, it already exist for AI planes (with the exception of a working pushback tractor). Yeah for some it may be unrealistic but guess what, you can just not use this feature, I mean it's at least not like parking the plane in the hangar with a player in it breaks all known laws of physics in the real life so I don't see the issue. If it really bothers some just consider your pilot has exited the plane before and see it as a camera that's positioned in the plane.
