If your like me and running 4k upscaled and getting that distorted box and a squished cursor that isn't game breaking but highly annoying, I found a fix. To fix this issue I turned on pointer trail and set it to its lowest setting. I wanted to share this, because even with a google search the solution was buried and very hard to find.

2021 and I to have been having THIS issue. It is highly annoying! However I have found a solution! Solution: Turn on pointer trail and set to the lowest setting. I should add, I had this issue not in VR but in general. If your a VR user having this issue post if this fixes the issue there as well.

Matt has said they would be released in a future update. That said I've seen some hind paint jobs in the user section though I haven't been able to get them to work.

Out of curiosity, any updates? Is the throttle working alright now? I ask because I plan on purchasing a Virpil throttle in the near future.

Help out other players and post those hotas setups. You may have done it a better way or perhaps someone else did it a different way. Show us and help the noobs and the lazy of us. And if your feeling really generous post them to the user downloads.

Is there a way to change the labels in not just the Hind but all the Russian Aircraft text from Russian to English? Or do we have to find a manual with English and try and remember what does what.

Everyone says, "ED should do this, ED should do that." But the module was made by Belsimtek and not ED! ED may not have a say in the matter.

I use T16000 stick + hotas + MFG Crosswinds. I inverted the throttle so pulling it towards me is like lifting it up. I had tried to fly the Huey when it was free to play in the past just using the joystick and throttle and it wasn't fun AT ALL. I recommend the MFG Crosswinds over anything made of plastic! They may be a little price but they will last.

Helicopters are VERY hard to fly with no rudder peddles. When you transfer from forward motion to ground effect to land the pedals make all the difference with fine control and not losing control. I just purchased the MFG Crosswind Pedal and I can FINALLY control Helicopters when before with no rudder I would always crash. So honestly, I feel the rudder pedals GREATLY improve the realistic control and the immersion and will lower the frustration levels.

The mod works if you read the install instructions. You have to copy the flaming cliff bin files to the f22.

There are a few in the user download section. And more everyday.

Okay, before posting here I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the A-10c module and the A-10c 2 modules to fix the issue I am having and am now posting only after that failed to work. My A-10c module loads. But the A-10c 2 modules crashes to desktop every time I try to start it. I play openworld beta. My system specs Intel i7-6700 3.40ghz 16gb ram Nvidia gtz1070 direct x 12 I have other modules A-10c F-18, F-16, F-14 , Cliffs, Maps - Cacus, Nevada, Dubai All modules work but the A-10c2 for what ever reason when I try to load I crash right back to desktop. I've also tried using the A-10c2 in quick mission and it loads about 75% of the way and crashes. Is there a LUA file I need to delete?

What is the word on the Marianas Islands Map? It was announced back in January and here it is August and it hasn't dropped. Whats become of it? The photos ED showcased led me to believe the maps was about ready to go.

Okay! That worked. Odd because I've attempted this before as it is shown in post 76. Thank you! I 'm not sure why it wouldn't work for me before, but the game did just patch.

I've used all the examples given and still the bort boards show. Can someone post a full Lua and explain to me how to edit to use with existing skins? Either they don't work for me or the planes don't show up in the tab. I imagine I am missing something simple. I've tried using the example Lua from post #72 I've tried adding the custom args and no joy. I'm sure it is something simple but I am no expert at writing Lua's If there is a thread about them I would love to read it as well.

I have read and editing the lua of the skins I've gotten from the user section does nothing. The default f-16 is imposing itself on all other skins. Which is why I asked where is the path to the lua for the original default so I can edit the 1.0's on it.

How do I hide the Bort numbers from the default F-16 skin when changing to custom skins? With the new changes the old lua setting to hide them no longer work.

This did nothing for me. The issue seems connected to the original default skin overriding the lua. of custom skins. So my question is "Where is the original default skin" and can it be edited as to not show Borts on every other skin?

I'm having this issue as well. The default Bort numbers show up on all my skins even though the lua for all my skins have the ports set to off.

Why wouldn't they release it and just not have it as a sale item if that is the normal policy? Most of us bought it when it was on pre-release sale. And if you haven't what were you waiting for?
