I also tried F/A-18 and Jeff, on both RWR work. But it does not on F-16. Would you please check it out what is wrong please? As mentioned, I have no other mods what so ever, this is the only one I use.- 118 replies

Do you see the any simbolgy for the Mig-31 on the RWR? R-33 and R-37 and fox1 and fox3 respectively, so they should appear on the rwr when they turn on their radars. But this is not worrying me as much as there is no simbology for the mig-31 on the rwr.- 118 replies

Me in F-16, towards me (AI) Mig-31, so aircraft from this mod. No warning of it on AN/ALR-56M RWR what so ever in F-16. There is a missile warning (that red light is blinking), but also there is no missile simbology on RWR, ever. This is the only mod I have on pc, usually I don't have them, but I wanted to test how to fight against lomng rang missiles like R-33, R-37 and specially R-37M. But I can't since I don't have any clue from which side is coming, and where it is going.- 118 replies

On F-16 RWR there is no warnings of plane nor any incoming missiles. I bet its the same on other fighter jets as well. Would you be able to fix that? Now its impossible to fight against it, since you don't know from where it's coming.- 118 replies

5090 vs 4090 in VR - what's the performance improvement?

How hot 5090 gets? Which card exactly do you have? I have MSI's Suprim X 4090, and it get max to 60degC (140degF). But I undervolted it, so it consumes max 350W, most of the time its under 300W. Did you also undervolted it? -
Indeed it's coming along great. This is gonna be one of the best maps in DCS, no doubt about it. There is just one thing which kind of bothers me, is the texture... I would only work on that brown ground texture (which mostly appears around man-made structures), which really doesn't go well in combination with the green. Example: It seems way to off with one being summer/dry soil while the other is spring/wet grass. I would replace brown with something less green, like summer green grass. Now the difference is way too big, looks odd, and really doesn't coincide with reality (at least not in 90%). Besides it even doesn't present the dry grass, but rather a dry soil, which is even worse, right? Also the ground normal-map textures could be better as well, they seem way low poly, way too edgy, not in normal shapes. But that wouldn't be that noticeable if there would be less difference between green and brown texture. Try replacing brown texture with something more gray-ish, more like summer grass texture, that it would look something like: Dry base grass textures should be something like this:

The only way not having issues with IC (Integrity Check) in the multiplayer, is to change chaffs and flares on the DED. I do it for few years each time, since DICE or any other similar app has no longer been supported (or any other app) by DCS. Also altering any kind of files (like for countermeasures in your case) will not pass by IC. Unfortunatelly this is how it is atm, and it's been like so for a couple of years now. Its not much of a work, I set countermeasures in 1 minutes. This will change (I hope) when we get DTC (Data Transfer Cartridge), it still on the list before the aircraft goes out of EA.

Our F-16 doesn't have any visor (yet). There are only goggles for nite vision.

How to drop a custom amount of laser guided bombs?

On the SMS page, the OSB10 is the button for the release pulse function (RP says beside the button). Set the number as you wish to drop the number of bombs. Num 11: -
It has everything to do with the Soviets. This used to be a Russian airbase. There are still 22 abandoned AN-26 aircrafts "parked" at the side of the runway. I'm sure the runway had been paved as usual Russian runways, with huge plates, which you can still see on the parking lots of this airport. Would be cool to have the whole runway paved with those huge plates.

There are actually two airports in that area, and we only have the top right one in DCS (without the tarmac), which is actually not in use anymore. But the other one is operational since 2021. It is called Khost International Airport. I think would be cool to have them both. -- About the other smaller "airport" which is nearby Khost airport which is Khost Heliport, it's actually named as Salerno Airport. Best to salve this issue, is that you create a simple mission, and save the track, which you can paste it in here. So we can see whats going on. Ok? thx Btw, does it happen the same with no wind as well? In Mission Edior where creating a mission, you can set the wind speed (on 3 different altitudes). But please save the track and paste it in here.
