If we ever get CVN-65 Enterprise, I want custom skins of CVN-66 as Yorktown and JFK as variants of the same class. JFK was supposed to get 4 A3W reactors IIRC but the costs overruns on Enterprise scared them off. Stennis model is much for size and layout of JFK. Just needs a new island.

That would be better for blackout option missions though. Bio had a few examples in Tomcat RIO.

NTTR should be expanded to at least Miramar and San Clemente Island and have Fallon and AZ inside it. Our a larger replacement map that had all of that. Kinda like Normandy and the Channel.

My general practice on a cold start is to turn on my tail and wing position after engine startup and anti collision when I'm in the air. That's completely made up since I didn't see anything in NATOPS.

I would like to see some procedures from an SME for when to have anti-collision, wing and tail position, when they would be bright and when dim and when off. Only one that's repeated in many places to be confident of is the master-on to salute for a cat launch. Some of it is mission or exercise dependent (as is radio silence/blackout etc). Some of this is probably wing or squadron SOP.

What measure to stop trolls in MP driving them off the deck or creating traffic jams or wrecking planes? Then there will be newbs making mistakes... and the guy with a janky connection that lags. There's a limit to realism. Few players are going to line up at the start of a mission to look for FOD.

I need a four ship of that 89 VF-84. Loooove that high viz scheme with the ochre nose and big roundel.

Just today my Jetseat has power (with the power light) on the little controller lit regardless of whether the switch is on or off. I can only turn it off by pulling the plug. Anyone see that before?

Do the new ones have the same names? I have the old ones in a dozen or so missions probably....

Two weeks

VF-84 on the Big Stick were my top favorite Tomcat liveries, so no please don't. I would definitely consider getting a follow on campaign with VF-11 and VF-31 on Forrestal. Or ideally VF-103 Sluggers and VF-74 on Saratoga. Another collaboration with Bio and having VF-1 and VF-2 on Ranger doing Earnest Will, Outer Air Battle exercises would be the best.

I was able to purchase through Steam on the 28th and activated fine.

Yeah just tried it. If I start on the cat hot, I can launch from Cat 3 but wouldn't let me hook up. I tried behind the shuttle, slightly past it, too. Also tried after an AI took off and tried with no one on the cat first, no difference.
